Power full cleaner, better than the more expensive cleaner's

After a decade my pressure washer had no effect on black spots that have built up over the years. Tried liquid 'patio cleaners' which had little effect and had to research it further; deciding to give sodium hypochlorite a go. I bought 14-15% sodium hypochlorite solution. Although it didn't specifically advise dilution I decided to dilute it 3 to 2 water parts. It works like MAGIC. First cleaned my patio with my Karcher T150 patio cleaner (photo after Karcher - see lots of black lichen spots). Then I applied the sodium hypochlorite solution using a 5 litre pump action pressure sprayer (didn't need a brush and scrub). The chemical gets into action zapping black spots within 2 hours. Bobs your uncle as shown in the other photo. I intend to wash the patio in due course. I wouldn't recommend diluting beyond 3 to 2 if your black spots are intense. Based on 3 to 2 dilution I managed to cover around 50 square metres. Money well spent. I now need to do my block paving driveway which is 130 square metres, using up almost the four 5L containers. Very pleased with the result.

Arrived on time. good product. But no safety instructions. Got them by email following call to suppliers. Worked well on paving slabs. BUT wear good protective clothing. RuiNed good pair of slacks! I diluted it about 3 to 1. Iinstructions say not to apply if rain due in 8. Hours.... at same time they say to wash down with pressure hose! Very strange!

Bought before and is superb stuff

Wanted something to clean my drive. This worked well. My drive has a matt finish and this liquid not only cleaned the bricks but got rid of the weeds also. I used it on my patio to and it cleaned these stones up very well.

I used this to clean up my platoon and steps that suffer algae and black moss due to a lot of shade. This chemical can be diluted to suit so goes a long way, very easy to use with excellent results. No need to use a jet wash just a normal hose to wash off. Do make sure you use the proper PPE especially face mask and goggles

I used a sample of this last year to kill the moss on my drive - only 1 square foot but the moss has still not returned so I ordered more to do the whole drive. I've tried using a pressure washer but my drive is Tarmac and the moss really grips in the texture. Even at point blank range the pressure washer would not remove the stubborn stuff. I put this in a garden sprayer and sprayed over the whole drive then left it overnight. I could see straight away where the moss was dying after a couple of hours. I went over the whole drive with the pressure washer the next day to rinse it off and clear the dead moss. All the moss was completely gone. Thoroughly reccommended!
