Very poor customer service.
Following installation into a decorative wall I noticed a slight leak from the spillway. Eventually I dismantled part of the wall to understand where the leak was. Turns out the leak was between two of the spillway segments. I contacted the manufacturer and they instructed me to contact the distributor for a warranty replacement. I then contacted the distributor and for many weeks they have been trying to get a return authorization from the manufacturer. There is no progress in the matter and the manufacturer has not responded to my most recent email.

Missing Parts Advertised
It was missing parts but they did need replacement when I contacted them. But I do love end result even though pump a little to powerful.
