These shirts are great for workouts. Very lightweight and breathable and they fit as expected. My primary complaint is that the mesh design snags EXTREMELY easy. The first two shirts I wore had snags in both within the first day just doing normal every day tasks after my workout. I wasn’t doing anything work related or heavy duty. But both had snags at the end of the day as pictured in the photo.

Excellent product for tennis and resistance training. Not too tight. Breathable. Excellent for hot, humid conditions!
