Great book! Highly recommended reading!!

David Dina Hernandez is a very good writer, presenting a possibly difficult subject in a very easy-to-understand manner while never talking down to the reader. He answered many of my questions regarding what it means to "pray in the Spirit" and I really liked the chapter lengths as they were long enough to enjoy a good read but short enough to give me time to contemplate afterward without feeling like I need to hurry up and get on with my day, if that makes sense! My only issue was that I wanted to learn more about HOW to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit as evidenced by speaking in tongues. I understand that there is not a prescribed step-by-step process, it is instead very individualistic; but, a little more helpful insight would have been nice. But, I did get a fantastic foundation and highly recommend this book for any seekers or even. those who may question or doubt the Holy Spirit and His gifts.

I was disappointed when my package arrived and I realized I had accidentally ordered 2 books. I no longer think it was an accident. This book was meant to be shared! I’ve read 5 books on Christianity in the last few months. All were good, but this one stands out. I’ve had some powerful revelations and I’m not even 1/2 way done yet. This is what I’ve been missing in my walk with God, real connection with the Holy Spirit.

I have been wanting to learn as much as I can about the Holy Spirit. In my Christian church life He was pretty much ignored, not to be mean, but out of ignorance; I think. I have been reading as many books as I can gather, trying to absorb Him and share Him with my Bible study group. I have read many good resources, but this one spoke to me the most.I love it and pray that I am able to apply the lessons in my life. I’m sure going to try! I’m inspired to become the dearest of friends with the Holy Spirit and to pray in His power.

This book has an incredible effect on me - truly HOLY SPIRIT inspired. When I was there years old I was singing the song "JESUS Loves Me" and He came into my heart. While reading this book with Scriptures to show the concepts,the rocket blasted off into space. Truly recommended.

Still reading, but well worth the buy. The knowledge is awesome 👌

Haven’t read it yet just got it. I love all his books. Never disappointed. He’s a very anointed man. The Lord is using him mightily.
