I WOULD SAY JUST BUT IT,, THIS CANT BE BEAT GREAT LOOKS,, SUPER BUILT,, SUPER FINESH,, I HAVE BUILT LOTS OF GUITARS AND IT TAKES ALOT OF GREENBACKS TO COME OUT LOOKING LIKE THESE DO ,, AND PLAYING THESE IS GREAT SUPER SOUND,,, NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL ,,,I HAVE 3 NOW AND LOOKING FOR THE NEXT ONE,,, WOW GREAT DEAL

The guitar is being discontinued by Oscar Schmidt the craftsmanship was an outstanding value. However the one I was recieved was damaged.So I had to send it back

For the money, this is a very hard guitar to beat. You will have to set it up (or take it to someone to set it up.), but the bones are rock solid. You really can't go wrong for the price. Oscar Schmidt makes a quality product almost every time.

great deal here looks awesome and sounds just as nice you would think this is a five hundred dollar guitar...really happy and will buy the white one next

The Oscar Schmidt guitars are excellent for the money. They are made in China.I have two of them and there are two improvements I would like to see 1) put a better bridge on the guitar. The stock bridge is a cheap narrow tune-o-matic. A higher quality wider bridge (for better intonation) would be great, and 2) the width of the binding is not consistent. On my two guitars the binding gets very wide where the body meets the neck. It's more prominent on the Serpentine I purchased. So a closer eye on making sure the binding is consistent throughout is recommended. Otherwise, it's a solid guitar for under $300.

Solid! Very happy with this. As a first guitar this is excellent, I had a few old time players take a look and play and they were also impressed.Can not go wrong with this guitar. Paired it with a chromacast cc-ehc case and some Ernie ball strings.

Couple minor adjustments. other than that, was set up when arrived. Plays well and looks awesome.. keeper for my collection
