They made them even better! (better tapes/better fabric)
I buy these from time to time when the Walgreens brand starts acting up. Inevitably a change is always made in these "budget" incontinence products and usually it always winds up being awful. Not this time though. McKesson made the outside less papery and more soft and upgraded the tapes as well. It genuinely feels much closer to the nice, cloth-like fabric that you'd find on some more premium products. The tapes feel sturdy and remind me of those found on something like Huggies. The break point on me for tapes though is typically where the tape is attached to the diaper itself and not a problem with it actually sticking. Still, the last run of these that I had had some tapes that were very stiff and had some sharp corners. Those are gone now and some nice, relatively soft ones are in their place. Unlike the walgreens brand they don't seem to have made them narrower either and they look well reinforced. If they act up on me in the coming weeks I'll amend this, but so far I'm LOVING the upgradesI also only wear these with boosters so I can't comment on the absorbancy but I don't find myself leaking often in these or running into massive capacity issues too early on. I can say with confidence that the leg gatherers seem to work much better than the Walgreens brand I was using. They seem to have nicer elastic. They ride a little lower in the back as well so they're more discreet. Might not be ideal for bed-time coverage but I've not had too much of an issue there. I don't have that many leaks in these and now they're even softer and quieter.Overall I'm impressed. I really wasn't expecting an upgrade to these. I'd sadly gotten used to the papery, cheap "cloth-like"-"fabric" that every company uses in this price range. Very, very happy. I'll be buying these a lot more often! I don't know who's steering this product forward, but whoever it is, cheers to you!UPDATE: To update, I have had some issues with the tapes stretching a little too much over-time and needing to be readjusted. This has lead to some leaks which I feel shouldn't have happened. If there was a way to minimize this or keep this from happening so that they would stay snug then these would be ideal. Especially the bottom tapes which have a habit of loosening up on me which leads to the leakguards failing. It's not a dealbreaker by a longshot, but It's a bit annoying and means they're not *quite* as attractive for night time use as I'd initially hoped.

Thank you McKesson for a great product for me!
I ordered these because of the description and the hospital uses these. They are lightweight and just the right coverage. I have enjoyed these over several different ones. The cost is well worth it. I learned how to properly fasten them and what a difference. If needed I know I will purchase these again.

Great product. Not so great price.
I've purchased this exact product on Amazon in the past for the same quantity for one quarter of this current price. I am disabled and on SSI therefore I am limited in funds so I look for the lowest price on high quality.

works just fine & cost a lot less than others
for the past year I've relied on tena for use with my mother. but as anyone who needs disposable underwear knows they aren't cheap and the cost quickly adds up.these had straps similar to what tena briefs do but the cost was a third less. so i gave them a try.they have two straps on each side not just one. they go on easily and fit her well. furthermore in regards to absorbency they do a good job.overall i am very pleased with how these worked out and plan to continue using them for her so long as their price remains so much less.i can recommend these without hesitation and especially so for caregivers such as myself.

do not purchase
I've been doing this a Loooong time. I have a disabled adult son. I consider this product to be false advertisement. These briefs are so thin, if you do not handle them carefully, the padding will come apart. You can literally see thru these. They are so light weight that if an infant peed one time on them, they would be soaking wet. Useless. Like thin tissue paper. I will throw them away. I will not talk to, request a refund, or have anything to do with a company that puts out such a useless product. I would not recommend these to anyone. I tried them because the product I have been using for a few years now has become unavailable thru amazon.

Disappointing fit and comfort
After reading reviews for several products, I bought these because they seemed the most appropriate for my situation (I had broken a leg, thus could not get to the bathroom quickly nor wear conventional ones over the cast). Sadly, they were much too large to fit properly, causing leaks and accidents. They were also difficult to put on or adjust while standing, even with a safety frame. This product might work for someone who's mostly on bed rest and has a helper. Not so for me. I had ordered a pack of 80 (4 packs of 20). Because Amazon will not accept returns, I am left with three unopened packs.

The bariatric briefs are excellent for absorbency.
The brief was large enough for a comfortable fit, had great absorbency, and the adhesive tabs were sturdy for a secure closure. I have reordered a package and recommend this product.

Total Disappointment
Have ordered various forms of McKesson Incontinence products in the past and was satisfied, for the most part. There a too few words to express how I feel about these briefs. They are very thin, poorly padded and have big gaps in the padding from the front to the back of the briefs. There is nothing "Ultra" or "Heavy Absorbent" about these briefs. These are not fit for daytime or night. What happened to Quality Control regarding this product? More and more, consumers like me are finding it difficult to purchase top quality Incontinence Brief products across ALL brands.
