Exactly what I’ve been looking for. I’ve bought ones similar to this but I have a long torso and didn’t want my back fat to hang over lol I’m 5ft7in and about 210lbs, for reference. I ordered a Large after much debate and I’m happy I did because it fits, just right. Pulls everything in like I need it to.

I’m 5ft 2 and 215lbs. Most of my weight is in my stomach, thighs, and butt. I bought the 3XL bc I wasn’t sure how it would fit. Most trainers fit kind of small. This one is too big! The first time I tried it I was able to put it on at its smallest rung. While it does hold me in a bit and is comfortable, I’d like something a bit tighter. It also covers the lower half of my stomach(apron belly) which is normally an issue with most trainers. So for that I’d still give 4 stars. I’m going to size down to the 2XL and hope that one fits better. I’d still recommend buying!

Man I been looking for a waist trainer like this for months did a lot of research and reviews! This one is awesome! I wore it all day! Gave what I needed now I am a little short in the torso but it wasn’t bad at all. So happy I bought this. Great back support. Very stretchy & wearable all day. Works very well for any thing you need. Shape is just like picture.

I have returned this item and it’s still coming up as and it hasn’t been returned. I have the receipt from the UPS store and I’m trying to get in contact with someone that will help me and nobody will clarify the situation for me. They keep telling me to give it a couple days, but that was a month ago. What am I supposed to do now Because first one I ordered the sewing was so crap. It came undone while I was trying to put it on I put that in the bag order another one. It came the next day before I returned the first one same thing happened so I grabbed them. I put them in the bag I go to UPS They scan it take the bag and they put it in a bin right in front of me. I have the tickets in my hand right now the receipt that I returned these two waist trainers and still they have not credited my Amazon account. This was $64. The material as bad as the sewing its absolutely horrible. It is not strong or tough. None of that. It falls apart. Literally two of them fell apart and I am a size 4. Don’t recommend.

First thing I encountered with this is by the sizing chart I am supposed to fit in a large, so I ordered a large and immediately I had to put it on the closest inner hook in order to get it to actually fit, so these are definitely bigger then they seem. There's a lot of give to them because it definitely seems to have a spandex type material to it. No matter how much I try, I can't tighten it to look as nice or seamless as the product photo (and I have a natural hourglass figure), no matter what way you do this it looks extremely bulky and it's beyond noticeable no matter what you wear, whether it's a tank top/t-shirt or a hoodie it's noticeable significantly. In addition to that, this will make you sweat unbelievably which can be a great addition if you're wanting it for a work out but if your wanting this for everyday wear by the time you peel it off, it's like peeling off a second skin even if you've literally only had it on for an hour. In terms of support this is great! It does help you stand up straighter and helps with posture but if your wanting it for working out it may not be the best support wise, the way it postures your back it's very easy to throw yourself off balance if you use it for heavy workouts like deadlifts, squats with weights, etc. This does limit your range of motion, especially if your trying to bend down at the waist also. Honestly I didn't notice any improvement pain relief wise, if anything because of how it forces your posture this can actually cause the sensation of pressure especially on the middle and lower back, if you do wear it for long periods of time there can be some mild pain but overall it's just really a feeling of pressure consistently. Honestly if you're going to use this, it's best used as an assistant tool to help break a better sweat then it is to a solution especially if you're wanting to lose weight or tone up your stomach and waist line. It's definitely better when paired with a solid workout routine otherwise it just really makes you sweat on it's own.

Nice fit, very comfortable. I ordered a small and it fits me perfectly. I could feel the heat after only 5 mins so I know this is gonna be great for casual use and going to the gym to work up a sweat.

Angool is the only brand of waist trainer that I’ve used consistently for the past 10 years. I sadly lost my last one during a move, and purchased this one this past week. Previously I had the one with only one Velcro strap, but I really like this one. I feel as though the fit is snug but comfortable, and the two straps really feel like they “keep you in”. I am usually a size medium, and I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly. Very happy with my purchase.

Great belt, but size down. It stretches out so fast. I went by my measurements and within a week it was too big for me.

Love the fit, it feels very comfortable and snug, like I can wear it for hours. Just had a baby 3mths ago so I'm trying to tighten things back up!! It's also good for workouts weights, running, climbing etc, but not for anything you will have to bend ( Large)

If you ladies are looking for an affordable, quality product, this is it. I have purchased several trainers and none of them compair to this product. It's adjustable for those bloted, blah days, and highly adjustable for workouts or day to day use. My waist measured at 33" and I purchased a large, so it does have good stretch. I'm also 5'9" so it's perfect for the tall girls. I had 3 kids and still have some loose skin on my lower abdominal area, but this trainer is absolutely perfect for me. Hope this helps some of you with your purchase.
