My dog loved the pad for the cushion and for the cool. I didn’t like that the fill hole leaked but because he liked it I tolerated the leak. When we were done using it for the warmer weather I found it difficult to drain completely as it was extremely heavy when filled with water and you have to empty it a certain way to prevent the baffles inside from folding or shifting. I wanted it as dry as possible inside before storing to minimize mold or mildew and found it took over a week laying flat and repositioning it to insure all the water was drained out for it to dry. It’s a great idea and my dog benefited from it but to be able to reuse it without the foam baffles inside being torn, folding up, etc. there should be an easier way to empty, dry, and store it.

I just got this today and I am so happy with it. My one dog has heart disease and is always hot. I have tried a cooling blanket, a very expensive cooling bed, cooling vest, etc. Nothing really seems to help. As soon as I got this set up, he fell asleep on it. He stayed there until I took him out for his walk which was about an hour. Usually he moves from spot to spot constantly trying to get cool/comfortable. After his walk he passed out on his new bed. He also has arthritis so I am so happy he finally is comfortable somewhere. Highly recommend. I'm going to buy another one for upstairs. He is 30 pounds and fits perfectly on the medium.

Overall a great product. RËX, my senior dog LOVES it; move the bed and he’ll follow. I wish I would have bought him this sooner. I have two of these beds now and wouldn’t mind buying a few more to put around the house. Hardwood floor is hard on him...(K&H, I’ll happily barter in exchange of some artistic photos :D)My only complaint/suggestion is that the instructions on how to fill it should perhaps be a tag around the fill port. I know I know, what a lame first world problem, but I’m sure I’m not the only one on ‘how hard is it to pour water in this thing?’ The bed is extra sensitive as how you fill it. Your intuition might fail you if you have it upright sitting on its width while filling it. It NEEDS to be filled flat on the floor.

My 10 year old pomeranian has a collapsed trachea and other health issues. She easily over-heats and pants a lot. She is not a fan of dog beds, so I hesitated to buy this for about 6 months. One day, she was panting heavily and I felt so bad for her that I just had to give it a try. I wanted something cooling that was also soft enough for her to be comfortable on.The first day I put some of our clothes on it to trick her into laying on it, and it worked! Now she will go lay on it when she is panting and within a few minutes, her breathing has improved.Saved my sanity and helped her control her temperature!We have had this for about 6 months, and it has not leaked, and there are no weird smells.

Have had one or three of these at home for close to twenty years. The ones I just bought are more padded and the plastic is thicker than they used to be. On average they last a few years. I wrap mine in a bed sheet with a towel underneath just to absorb the condensation. You don't realize how much the dogs love a cool bed until you give them the choice. Mine alternate through the night between their regular beds and their "Cooly Beds" and no more panting in the middle of the night.

We ordered this bed in April. We didn't notice, but there is no warranty on this bed. Today when I was vacuuming I lifted up one end of the bed, it was wet underneath it. This isn't good since this bed was placed on a hardwood floor. I have lifted it before and there was never any water. When I placed this bed in it's location, I placed it with the filling and burping valves up. I did this just in case the water leaked out. The bed was not wet on the top, but only underneath. We bought the large size and our dog is a 12 year old 80lb. lab/cattle dog mix. He does NOT scratch or do anything destructive, like chewing to it. I can only think that there was some kind of defect in it. I can NOT return it even though we have had just over 6 months of use, as the return policy window closed on May 4, 2020. All in all I would say that I would be cautious in ever purchasing this product. In case I didn't make myself clear, this has only been used inside, not out side at all!!

This was an awesome mat during 110+ heat index during an outdoor show. I filled it with ice water, put it in our senior dog’s kennel, and added a small fan on her. She was the only dog that was cool enough to stop panting within 10 minutes of getting to go back on her mat. The only down side is you can’t get it to completely drain. I can’t seem to get the foam to dry out so I can store it for next summer.

Dog gets hot a lot/ this is where she’ll head to if she gets hot. Thank goodness for the little things we can do for our loved ones The dog instantly knew she liked it. Gel base under her arthritic feet as she walked around. She layed on it. She knows where to go get cooled down if ever too hot. Good choice for a hot dog.

Es una cama refrigerante que se llena de agua fria mediante un tapón situado en un extremo y así esta fresquita para que el perro de tumbe en ella. No se si será ortopedica o no como pone en las instrucciones, pero parece bastante cómoda y a mí perrito le encanta. Llegó rápido y bien embalado. Veremos con el tiempo si no se agrieta o se rompe.

My dog loves this bed. She uses it throughout the year. This is the third bed I have had tho as the edges seem to have a weakness and can spring a leak. This can be an issue if the bed is on carpet or floor boards. Given the return policy and that the warantee has been honoured, I am prepared to continue replacing it tho I do hope for a more robust model soon.

Le meilleur tapis rafraîchissant pour chien ! Effet rafraîchissant d' environ 2 heures, par rapport à tout les autres remplis simplement de gel (juste 10mn) . Seul pb si on veut le déplacer, c'est un peu lourd avec les 10l d'eau à l'intérieur

The summer of 2018 proved exhausting for the dogs and this looks like a great idea for a cool spot in the kitchen- all around cooling across the pad-a really good idea for the warm months.
