Very tasty
I rather panic bought these at the start of the lock down worrying about life without aubergines. 1 tin made a huge pasta dish enough for 6 and enough Baba Ganoush to bathe an elephant in and I still had to give a generous amount away to a neighbour. So beware 2.8 kilos is a lot of smoked aubergine. That said the pulp is VERY tasty and high quality. Wish they did smaller tins though....
