I know this post is recent but wife has been using this for 3 years now she loves it. One of the few things that have bought her that she actually takes care of.

The syringe tube came without silicone gasket.

Just got this and was REALLY looking forward to start injecting marinades into my meats for smoking. Got the product, pulled it apart and cleaned as instructed. Sucking up water, sure...it works. But the moment I tried to suck up a marinade with some sort of consistency (I used the largest opening needle) this thing would fail after 7.5-10ml (i'm guessing that's the measurement on the tube) and the plunger would just slide all the way up and fill the tube with air. So as I said, if all you want to inject is apple juice this should work. But any marinade of substance...you're gonna be SOL.

Worthless! DO NOT BUY! I got into competitive bbq 2 yrs ago and finally wanted to buy one so I wouldn't need to borrow my buddies'. The needle can't attach to the gun. Google the manufacturer? Nothing. Instead of threading the connection from needle to reservoir; they thought some stupid male/female connection would be better but it doesn't work. Terrible design with nobody to ask a question to equals the worst product of your life.

I was excited to use this because it looked very easy. All things considered I was happy with the way it was working using it the first time today on a turkey breast. The issue I had is about half way through injecting marinade the gasket blew and it was spraying out as I was finishing the task. I unfortunately bought this back in August so my return window is gone. I would recommend finding another product.
