How do i turn on this light ? Why its flashing when i touch this ?

You turn it on by touching the top , then you touch again the colour changes also turn off by keeping finger on top longer , it’s excellent

Hello, im guessing this needs a seperate purchase of 3 pin plug to put one end of the usb end in?

When I bought it, i got the lamp and the usb itself. So I don’t think you should buy separately..
