Roland Foods Tahini From Pure Ground Sesame Seed, Specialty Imported Food, 2-Pound Jar

I thought it was pretty good as far as tahini goes. I have extended family living with me, and I make large batches of hummus. There was a little bit of separation upon delivery, but overall it was that bad. I have had others with worse separation. It’s taste was great, and I will be buying again.

This is My favorite brand, and I have tried several different ones. This just separate and the oil comes to the top. I like to use the oil in salad dressings. If I don’t want it to separate I stored upside down. I use this for so many different things at it as it is very healthy. I make a quick dessert by putting a teaspoon of honey in about a quarter cup of tahini, add chopped nuts, dark chocolate bits and maybe coconut flakes. Mix it together and make round serving size snacks. I also use it as salad dressing straight from the jar. I have it on subscription so that I never run out. Love this!

I think for value its great, the taste is great and that what matters We use tons of tahini in our foods, so buying this off amazon for house use makes it very great value for almost everyone, almost :D But really kudos for the taste !

the tahini is organic its texture and consistency is nice. The packaging was sealed in a durable plastic jar that stores well in the cabinet or fridge and will not break easily.

I bought this Tahini because it’s runny. People who complain about runny Tahini should know that the original Tahini used by middle easterns is runny. The thick ones that looks like peanut butter are not properly made, like Trader Joe’s Tahini.I used to order Whole Foods Tahini on Amazon but this one is a better deal and tastes the same. It’s one of the best Tahini’s that I’ve had. It’s very smooth and easy to use for making hummus, babaghanoosh or salad dressings. It was properly packages.

I bought this tahini for years, during which time I had nothing but great things to say about it. Then they changed the packaging, and now it leaks about 70% of the time. I called Amazon for a refund once. But I can't spend my life on the phone complaining, only to have NO tahini. I currently have an unopened jar in my pantry which I just can't bear to throw away AGAIN, even though I'm sure there is NO OIL left in the jar, as I cleaned up a small lake of it a few weeks ago. But I should bite the bullet and throw this LESS THAN USELESS thing away.I will NEVER buy this again.

The tahini taste very good. However, the jar has a push on lid, which does not hold up well during shipping! This is the first tahini that I have received from Amazon where the bottle is not wrapped in plastic. If the merchant would spend a few cents more to wrap the bottle for shipping that would stop the bottle from opening during shipping. This would allow me to enjoy the tahini and not have to request a refund. I gave the product 5 stars because it taste good and appears to be very creamy. My review is based on the tablespoon still in the bottle when I received the product.

Last two shipments product on it's side and since this naturally separates, was all gloppy with part of it so solidified couldn't get it out of container without substantial effort. One delivery the seal under outer cap was perforated, lucky leakage was on items that I could clean!Prefer smaller jars and had to get different brand, elsewhere....
