Kanu Surf Men's Boardwalk Hybrid Boardshort

These are lightweight, quick drying shorts (100% poly) that are made for hot and humid weather. I bought the black color which is subdued and my wife says they look stylish. You could swim in them but I think they’re best for knocking around in hot weather or for wearing when there’s a chance you might get wet. I use them for fishing. They have three pockets, a pseudo fly, and there’s no liner so you’ll have to go commando or wear underwear but wearing underwear would defeat the purpose of a quick-drying short. The pseudo fly, which is a flap, button, and velcro is a little annoying but not a deal breaker. They are cheaply made but priced accordingly ($20). They run big. I’m 5’9” and 142 lbs. and bought the size 30 which are a little loose. I will probably buy more if they don’t fall apart too quickly.

I purchased this to take on a weekend vacation.... they fit properly.... seem true to size... they're longer and go almost to my knee which I don't mind.I purchased them to be able to wear trunks to lunch and not look like a bum, but then not need to go back to the room to change to hit the pool.I would recommend for people looking for something a bit nicer to walk around in and be ready for the water at any time.

The waist size for me was what I would expect from one brand to another. Colors a pattern is nice and represented well online. What I do not like is the material that the shorts are made out of. It is rough and stiff, but it is light. Being light I would have expected it to breathe well but it doesn't. As far as a board short goes if expect it to breathe a lot better than what it does. Wouldn't recommend.

The shorts are comfortable and I like that they are slim and long. They are a little uglier than the picture suggests. The colors don't really blend well. I still wear them though because I'm married.

My husband likes that they can double as dress shorts, however they make noise when you walk. Also, they are more board shorts than swim trunks.

that definitely was not a 32 waist, but i gave it to someone else int he family so it was not a waste of a purchase

Nice and comfortable, but the sizing seems to be about two sizes off (order larger than you think you need). I generally wear a size 33 - 34, ordered a 34 - too small. Re-ordered and got a size 36, perfect! Would buy again. Hope this helps...

seems like good quality, but too large for the size advertised - make sure to order one size smaller and they should fit
