I really like the shampoo and you really need so little. The vitamins are tough for me to take as I am on a medication that messes with my GI tract. So adding more pills is tricky. I like the scalp application. It is brown so makes your scalp show less through your thinning hair. To be fair I have not religiously stuck to the program of insturctions. I am not sure if I see anymore difference then what is happening with my hair without it this kit/set but who really knows! My hair is slowly growing. Not sure if it is thicening with more hair per volume. If you want to tyr this it might make you satisfied.
