Very large
Huge! This soap dispenser is beautiful, heavy and well made. It's very large. Be aware that it will definitely be noticed on your kitchen counter. We returned it for that reason.

Quite happy with the installation and function of this dispenser
After all said and done, I’m glad I got this dispenser. It’s made of high quality metal and matches my other Moen water faucet. Very good looking and works very well. I’m happy with how much soap is dispensed per pump.I have Costco industrial size Ajax soap under the sink and I retrofitted the dispenser to connect directly to the soap jug via a 5/16 ID, 7/16 OD tube I got from Home Depot. So far I haven’t needed to install a barbed check valve in the line.Instead of connecting the plastic soap container to the bottom of the dispenser, I just connected the plastic straw tube, and then connected the plastic tube. It’s a snug fit if you get the right hose (pictures included). I was thinking of getting a soap dispenser tube kit from AZ, but they were asking between 12-20 dollars! I got the tube from HD for like 9 dollars for 20ft! Plenty to spare for other projects. You can probably get it cheaper if you get 5 or 10 feet.I drilled a 5/16 hole in the top of the soap jug and made sure the tube didn’t curl up by using a stiff straw that connected to the end of the tube. You can also look for a 7/16 rigid straw to connect to the hose, and then put it in the soap bottle. All in all, the dispenser costs a lot, bur your paying for great craftsmanship, limited lifetime warranty, and it pumps thick soap without issues. Sure, I could buy a 15 dollar pump, but it’s gonna be ugly and gonna break in less than a year.

Ought to replace one that broke
In all fairness, I was not too happy with the old one, mainly because I had to go under the counter, unscrew the reservoir, fill it , and screw it back in. This one happily I will not have to do that anymore. I like it so far. The price tag is a bit excessive if you ask me. I know when I bought the original one, it was marked up 30% and I was able to get it cheaper through a plumber friend, sadly not this time.

It might not come in new condition
Nice pump. It took two tries to get one that was somewhat acceptable. The first one came with a significant scratch on the spout in a highly visible area despite being in perfect original packaging. The second one arrived covered in soap inside and outside and missing some of the factory-new packaging. It appears to be someone else's return. It works (so far) but I did not get the brand-new item I paid for and I had to spend time cleaning it up. Fortunately, this is a good manufacturer that will stand by their lifetime warranty if I end up having problems. The item was shipped and sold by Amazon.com. Consider buying from a supplier other than Amazon.

Moen soap dispenser fails after 2 years
For nearly two years this soap dispenser work fine, it was easy to refill, but then it stopped being able to be filled from the top dispenser, which no longer pulled out. Instead I need to move out everything from under the sink, crawl under the sink with a flashlight and wrench to unscrew the soap container, in contortionist moves, and I need another person to be under the sink holding the flashlight. A message was sent to through Amazon to Moen about this issue 10 days ago, no reply as or 2.21.24. Moen advertises that this product is guaranteed for life, we'll see how that plays out.
