Well made….quality product

I was not aware how thick the jaws are. each jaw is about 1/8" thick. This makes removing small cotter pins that are bent around a clevis pin difficult up by the pilot's rudder pedals. A thinner jaw will make room to reverse the bent cotter pin ends on both sides simultaneously then pull out the pin. Harder to do with these.

Williams is like Snap-on but at 1/2 the price. This tool is first rate in every respect. *** added *** First set was sloppy. The rivet was loose and there was quite a bit of deadband when changing from open to close. Returned to Amazon and received the replacement the next day. No wobble. Absolutely perfect.

These work very well. They have a very secure grip on objects. I have a separate pair (about 5 yrs old) I use for fishing to remove hooks from large fish.
