I love Calvin & Hobbes. I was in two minds looking at the star rating. Process to get it on was painstaking. But it was so worth it.

If it wasn’t hard enough to get the vinyl transferred to the transfer paper, you can only imagine how much more difficult it was to transfer to the wall.Once it was done, it looked decent, but I have a textured wall and that vinyl doesn’t want to stick.If you feel the need to spend a lot of time getting the vinyl to transfer (twice) hopefully you have smooth walls. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this if the walls are textured. I would also recommend having at least one other person there to work the transfers.

It did not come with instructions. It did not work as a wall transfer cling. We would have had to pull off each individual piece and place it on the wall. I can’t imagine that I would have been successful doing that. So we just used pushpins to attach it to the wall like a poster.

Poorly put together

This thing was a nightmare from the get-go. Poorly packaged, but quickly replaced, thank goodness. First one had "escaped" the plastic tubing it was shipped in and arrived completely empty. The 2nd decal itself was super thin and tore easily. Instructions had "escaped" the 2nd order. I tried piecing it by hand AND by using the transfer paper. Gave up and tossed it. Mad at myself for trying to save time and money and really not accomplishing either of those things.
