Very pleased at how it turned out. Just as described and the picture quality was awesome. Locket is on the bigger side but not to big. Color was the same as I chose and over all super beautiful engraving detail. I was very happy with this purchase as it was a gift and I know my mom will love it!

The order comes faster than the expected date and the gift box is really cute. It actually look really nice and I love it. Though I hope the chain is not going to broke cause I’m sure this is not in good quality plus the heart was hard to open at first. Also the thing (I forgot what it’s called) that use to protect the picture comes separately so I have to figure out how to do this now… would’ve been better if they’ve done it for me. But still, I like it! Thanks a lot!

The chain isnt the sturdiest, but good for the price. The picture and engravings are clean and well done. A bit hard to open the locket but im hoping that means it will last

This is so beautiful. I love it so much and it also has a template of how to cut out the perfect shape for the locket to fit the pitch into. It’s super cool and it comes with a little pouch as well to put it in after when you finish wearing it as well so awesome.

This locket is plastic. The engraving and photo look nice. I was hoping for actual metal that will last but it's plastic and very delicate.

It looks exactly as pictured and is actually a little bigger than I was expecting. It looks well made and the locket clasps together well. My only complaint is that you can tell the materials are on the cheaper side because it makes light clinking sounds when worn and the pendant isnt very heavy, even compared to other costume jewelery I have. For the price, it's really nice though.

It is very nice and good quality, the glass piece that holds the photo in tends to fall out but it could be from the way I cut the photo or something else. A little glue helped with that and it’s perfect.

I have updated my review. When I received the heart locket it was beautiful and perfect, but the clasp seemed weak and didn’t snap shut when i inserted my little photo. The owner made attempts to reach out to me to help fix the solution and for this reason I revised my review. Thank-you
