Q: How is this product keto friendly if its entirely Carbs?

Erythritol has zero calories, zero sugar and is about 70 to 80% as sweet as sugar. It does have 4 grams of carbohydrate per teaspoon, but zero net carbs, so it doesn't count towards your daily carb allowance on keto. Thanks Merisant Team

It does dissolve, I use it in coffee and baking. However, as it doesn't contain any pectin, which thickens sauces like sugar, I'm not able to comment on the consistency of the sauce you will get. I have used it in cooking, but it was a stew.
