Love It
Love this halter, fits perfect, lead rope is a nice length. I actually like that it is a very soft rope halter as I used it under my bridle while trail riding and it lays nice under a bridle. I bought the blue and it is a very bright blue, even prettier than the picture. It also came very quickly, I ordered it on a Thursday night and it was delivered on Monday morning. Very happy with this purchase.

Great bang for your buck, colors are nice, leather popper is handy
Great bang for your buck. Not the sturdiest feeling material compared to their next tier up, but still very strong and you can’t beat it for the price. Easy to tie, and the lead is a decent length. I love having the popper on the end. If you are used to the more expensive, heavier duty Weaver halter with a leather popper, know that this halter is made of a slightly more slippery material, but not enough so that I have an issue with it.

Ok until you find a better
Can’t argue for the cost. It’s a nice halter for use as a stopgap until other rope halter arrives; I should’ve just waited for it.. Unfortunately, it’s made in China & looks like it.. truthfully, I’d need to retie it in order for it to fit something other than my pony Arab nose, that’s how small the nose band is. It’s v soft & I love the colors.. let’s talk about how the lead is attached... like they tied the knot, then placed it on a large heating iron to melt it into a blob... oh, well, it’ll do

Great soft feel awesome loping halter
Great feel I work horses towards a goal of bridless riding my main method of communication is a headstall that I tie like a mecate to use as a loping halter this has a great soft feel and and allows for a lot of wiggle to transfer to my horses. Also holds up well to abuse and weather

Cheap
The leather popper at the end of this halter is really cheap, it's not thick leather at all. My horse got bored and chewed on it just a tiny bit while being tied and it was just shredded. Also, the lead rope is kinda thin and stretchy, so I'll be using this halter with a bridle while on trail rides but that's about it. It's not sturdy enough to be a daily halter in my opinion

Adorable
My horse is an Arabian and usually a Cob so the standard horse size is a little bit too big but it still fits just fine. I wanted it to fit multiple sizes of horses. Super cute color tho and very soft

Good Value
Loved the color and that the lead matched the halter. It was easy to clean. My only complaint is that the lead is very soft and EVERYTHING sticks to it. Hard to keep the lead clean. My horse also ended spooking and pulling back while tied. Everything stayed put but there was a small tear in some of the strings in the lead. I’d invest some more and get a halter/lead out of yacht rope. Much sturdier and nothing sticks.

Great halter!
Very nice rope halter! Great color combination! Halter arrived just as ordered in a black and purple pattern with a nice long lead line. Now I need to get it on my horse and tighten the knots to fit his head and stretch the lead rope out. We get one person on each end and pull like tug of war on the lead rope...it tightens it and makes it feel better in hand. Can't wait to try it out on my new horse!

Great halter.
Considering it shipped from the States it arrived quickly. The rope is good quality and very soft. The additional lead rope is a really good length for schooling but not very practical for general use. My mare prefers it to a traditional headcoller as she is a big horse but has a small girly face. I like the way it has flourescent stripes which makes it great during the grey British winter. Good Job! Very Happy!

Excellent Value for money
Having looked at several halters, I chose this because it was the colour my daughter wanted. It's been a really good choice. I wondered if the rope would be too short for what I required but everything is just right. I've moved a couple of the knots to create a better first for my individual horse and it's working really well. Thrilled with it.

Would 100% recommend
Chuffed with this. Well made and great quality. Been using it for a while and my youngster much prefers it to a typical head collar!

The halter was made well
The lead rope should have been heavier and the halter is a small size full.

Good with some DIY!
People of Amazon, here is the DIY hack on how to make this halter look good! First you use kitchen scissors to cut off their melted knot at the halter end of the lead rope, and also cut the rope before the popper at the other end. Unthread the leather popper and cut it in half, discarding the short section from the middle. It’s super long so you’ll still get two great poppers out of it. Melt the new ends of the rope with a BBQ lighter to keep it from unraveling. Thread the new half length poppers through the new ends about an inch from the end (this is a bit tricky - I used a BBQ skewer to make a hole). Slice a slot in the leather for each end of the popper tail to thread back through the other (make note of how it looks before you untie it the first time). You now have a rope with a popper at each end. Tie the one end to the halter loop like so. Voila!
