Probar, Bar Base Protein Peanut Butter Chocolate, 2.46 Ounce

Taste great & have 20 g of protein! I use as a meal replacement.I’ve tried lots of protein bars in the last 22 years and these are by far the best.

This is my first time trying the frosted peanut butter bar. I actually prefer this one rather than the chocolate. For some reason, the chocolate one tastes a bit too sweet for me, but it's probably the same amount of sweetness lol. I usually snack on the bar after a moderate workout, but if I'm playing competitive volleyball for more than 2 hours then ill eat the whole bar and it keeps me full and energized. Love it!

For a year now, I've bought and eaten several flavors of these bars. I loved the mix of nutritional factors, and liked the taste and texture. Then I started eating the flavors that featured a white "chocolate" coating, namely the frosted coconut, and frosted peanut butter.. Then I got upper GI tract gas so bad that I wondered if I was having cardiac issues because of the recurring, nightly chest pain. After months of experimenting and changing features of my diet, I traced it to these white frosted flavor bars.Then I cut back to eating half a bar instead of a full one. About half my gas problem stopped. Then I stopped eating those flavor of bars altogether. About 80-90% of the problem stopped. I will not eat another one of those flavors. My theory why: excessive alcohol sugars they contain. Barring that, there's something in the white frosted ones that conflict with my GI. Surely I cannot be the only person thus affected. So if you start eating the white ones, and then start experiencing GI problems, now you know.

Tastes like a dessert, ton of protein and doesn't make me feel like pooping my pants, like some other protein bars.

This is a great tasting bar. I like that it’s not a compilation of chemicals, but real recognizable ingredients.

I love this product, been eating them for YEARS, and ORDERED the Frosted Peanut Butter bars, but RECEIVED the variety pack of FOOD BARS! NOT that complicated. Re-SEND correct order, and I'll write a new review. Thank you very much.UPDATE: After consuming the incorrectly-sent food bars, I found them to be VERY tasty! Not a clinker, in the batch. BUT I didn't order them. I'm expecting a correct order to be shipped, gratis. And, perhaps to order either one, again. Thanks!
