Keeps me very warm. The torso was kind of short but could be the style. Washes fine using the instructions on it. Weight feels fine. Not the lightest jacket I've had but gives me the sense that it effective. Pockets have no zippers but nothing has fallen out. Before purchasing I've considered the reviews about the zipper problem, but personally I haven't had any issues or felt like there were going to be any. I really like the design and material on the inside.

Couldn’t be happier Im 6’2 195lbs and the large fits perfectly. I like that the sleeve cuffs have adjustment. I have long arms so the length of the sleeves is good for me. Carhartt quality is still there. The canvas backed by wool blanket is the perfect combo and im glad it’s not stuffed with filler. Perfect fall winter jacket and the pleating allows for a hoodie under if needed. Hope to have this for years to come.

I've been wanting a Carhartt Detroit Jacket forever and after tons of research this has lived up to the hype. I'm 5' 11", slim athletic build at 160lbs, broad shoulders, long arms and the Large fits me perfectly. I do have somewhat freakishly long arms so for a more average build I can see the sleeves being a tad long. It's surprisingly warm, while being light and super comfortable due to the blanket lining. I can wear this over a heavy sweater with a scarf, or just over a tee shirt and it's great. It also looks amazing and I feel I can fit in just as well as on a job site, or out to a nice restaurant. I've knocked off a start because it collects lint like crazy. I have a Golden Doodle dog and in black this thing is starting to look as fuzzy as him. In retrospect brown might've been better for not showing lint, but the black just looks so damn cool.

I’m giving this product 5 stars for now based on the fact that I have other Carhartt products and they have served me well and I expect this one to do the same. I bought this jacket for work, I have a nice Sherpa lined rain defender Carhartt sweater but I knew wearing it to work (I’m a plumber) would snag and possibly ruin the outside. This material feels a lot more abrasion resistant and will hold up for my line of work. I live in Florida, and although it doesn’t snow where I live, it’s not uncommon for the temperatures to drop below freezing early in the morning and feel like the high 20’s. I love the blanket lining and it is VERY warm (for me at least). I bought a large and I’m glad that I did. A medium would have definitely fit better (I’m 6’0, 185 athletic build with broader shoulders than average) but my wife and I do like to vacation in colder areas and having this in a large will allow me to layer if needed. The length isn’t that short cut because the jacket is a relaxed fit and fits loosely. As a service plumber it looks professional and in my opinion can be dressed up and worn out to dinner or a night out in the town or dressed down through rough working environments. Lastly, I feel I got lucky because as the others have posted their pictures, their tags say that theirs were made in other countries, but mine was made right here in the USA, hopefully you get one made here too!

This is easily one of the most durable jackets I have ever owned (the other one is a Carhartt also). What else would you expect from a Carhartt? I will say though, that normally I wear an XL in shirts and jackets and originally ordered this one in XL, but it was WAY too large. I sent it back and ordered the Large size (that would normally be too small for anything else I've ordered) and it fit perfectly. Keep that in mind when ordering. If ever this jacket wears out (I seriously doubt that will happen) and need another jacket of this type, I wouldn't hesitate to order this one again.

Fits great. I’m taller so I don’t have an issue with the longer sleeves. It fits me perfectly.

J'avais commandé cette veste au début de l'année en taille 2XL, qui est ma taille habituelle (je mesure 1m78 pour 91Kg). J'ai été obligé de la retourner car elle était vraiment (beaucoup) trop grande. Comme la fin de l'été approche, j'ai à nouveau commandé cette veste, en taille L cette fois et là c'est absolument parfait ! Ce modèle de veste Carhartt "Duck Detroit" est d'abord une veste de travail, lourde et solide. L'intérieur doublé en tricot brossé est à la fois protecteur, chaud et très confortable à porter. J'avais lu dans les avis que la poche avant zippée était trop petite pour abriter un smartphone. Pour info, j'ai un iPhone 15 Pro et il se glisse parfaitement dans cette poche. L'intérieur de la veste dispose également de deux poches, une petite poche zippée à gauche (parfaite pour mes clés), une poche plus large à fermeture velcro pour mon portefeuille. Une veste solide pour bien affronter l'automne.

Ürünün tarzı herkese hitap etmeyebilir. Kısa bir ürün kemer hizasında kalıyor. Arkası biraz daha uzun. Geniş bir kesimi var . 179/95 kilo L beden aldım üzerimde duruşu güzel . Hafif dökümlü kalıyor. İç astarı çabuk yıpranacak gibi duruyor keşke kapitone olsaydı. Ama sıcak tutuyor.

Delivery came very quick. Order and was told about a month but came within a couple weeks. Quality on the jacket is fantastic and fits very well. I purchased a Large, and 180 cm in height.
