We just put new greenhouse poly over my greenhouse. And as usual there are small snags and tears when we got down. This polyethylene repair tape has good adhesion and has lasted very well in our wet and windy weather.

Yes, this is a review for tape. Using this product for seams in several low poly tunnels. Adheres well, thicker/ wider than other brands purchased. Live in high altitude with wind shear…will update mid season with photos.

The roll we were sent must have been in the back of the warehouse for about 10 years. Having used other tapes working in commercial greenhouses, I kinda expected the first foot or two would be extra sticky, but I could barely pull the stuff off. The further we got into the roll, the harder it was to peel (Perhaps I should have chewed it?) and everything close to it, including our hands was sticky. I didn't get to use this when I initially purchased it, but it was kept in a controlled environment. When I tried to make repairs with it a couple months later, it was unusable. A waste of time and money for me.

Ivpurchased this in may 23 when I removed my cover. So I could place it over a few wrinkled wear areas (not tears)I cleaned my cover and stored it indoors. In October before closing. I used the tape in the few areas in question. I've used countless types of tape and learned that using an alcohol prep cleaner provides the best adhesion. Easy enough , I preped the area and layed the tape in place. Put the cover on the next day. Within 1 week the rape was lifting. And in another day or two 2 of the 3 strip I installed had blown away completely.THIS TAPE DOES NOT DO THE JOB- HENCE IT WONT STICK VERY LONG. FIND ANOTHER TAPE. THIS PRODUCT DOSENT WORK.

Got a high tunnel last year. Of course got a hole in it shortly after installation. This saved me a lot of money and hassle

It is not actually clear, like packaging tape.

I use this product for anything I would use duct tape for and it's much better.
