I ordered this during the pandemic with too much time at home on my hands....the item arrived quickly and well packaged, it felt like unwrapping an Christmas present. I am in my 50’s with combo skin and enlarged pores around the nose. So, after some hot Steam in the shower I used the vacuum on the medium setting, surprised by the strong suction and managed to bruise my nose that first day - ooops. Have I said that the suction is strong and it is best to keep the device moving like it says in the instructions ?!? The tips are easy to clean, but I accidentally lost 2 filters down the drain at first - they are small and disappear quickly. Given that I thought going over areas more will clean them more I bruises myself a few more time. Keep moving!Have been using the vacuum for about 3 weeks now and still love it. No need to recharge yet. My pores appear smaller when I look closely a magnifying mirror.Now, the nano - mister that came as a bonus- I am in LOVE! Had no idea how useful this can be and how truly hydrated my face can feel! After vacuuming I fill the device with half liquid aloe/half water and nano spray away. It feels amazing! My face is soft, well hydrated, and any redness from the vacuum disappears overnight.Overall this is an additional to my skin care routine I will keep up as it is easily done, has no harmful ingredients, and has visible results. There are 3 in our home who have used this. Everyone loves it. I do want to say a word of caution.. follow the instructions. It absolutely works better if you clean and steam the skin area you want to treat before you do. We tried both ways, and we prefer after a hot steamy shower. Really easy to use. I hope you like it as much as we do.

I placed order on Friday night, been told it may take one to too weeks to arrive. Totally understand in this hard situation. However I soon received notice saying the order was shipped, and got it on Sunday! Love the seller's fast action! As for the product, I already love it before using because it is so pinky and cute! I followed instructions and tried the blackhead remover and Mister, works fine. The blackhead remover has 4 power levels, and 4 heads with different sizes. Perfect for different area of face. I love the mister even more! I add a little lemon oil into the water, and sprayed around the face for 1 mins, feels soooo fresh! Definitely love this product set!

It almost makes me think of something from Sailor Moon when I’m using it hehe~ It’s the coolest thing that I use at the end of my facials now to cool and calm my face now.Another goodie you get is a cute kitty hair band, which for me is always a plus.And on top you get another pimple tool.As I said, this company really thinks about you when putting together this package and I highly highly recommend!!!

super cute and functional. can with 4 cap options and has plenty of power levels perfect for sensitive and tough skin. lower suction power should be used on cheeks and other commonly sensitive areas of the face. for super clogged pores the highest suction power will get them out. try steaming your face first with a hot towel, hot shower, facial steamer, or last case boil some water and put your face above it. this will help open up your pores. closed pores will cause you to use the suction for longer and can cause bruising. definitely steam your face and open those pores before use to ensure the best results.
