Gentle relief at great price
At that age and also on medication where there on time where my digestive track could use a little help. These little red pills are gentle on my stomach, work over night and don’t cause my stomach disturbance to my normal digestive function with occasional use. I am grateful to have them in my medicine cabinet for when my stomach hurts and I need a little help. A+ product for price, efficiency and quality.

That it works as stated, which it does. The price is good as is the product
I would like to correct my previous review as it was incorrect for this item. My husband is quite satisfied with the product & would order again. It works as described. The price was good & he had no issues with anything.

So far so good.
I started with 2 at bedtime, then 3 and finally 4 at bedtime plus 4 at Noon... it worked great. I think the right amount is 3 + 3. I'll report later. BTW, I'm 88.

I use this daily.
I have issues that require that I use some sort of product to assist with regularity. This is a well priced, and from what I can tell, a good quality product. I take it every day, several times. I would suggest that you start low and increase your dosage as needed. You should also check with a healthcare provider if you are going to use this long term, daily, as I do. This isn't the first time that I have purchased this item, and it won't be the last. Just, please, start slowly and find the correct dose for you. Too much, too soon has caused me some abdominal cramping and pain. Once I figured that out, I have been pleased with this product and how it works with my body, I hope that you find it to be the same for you. I would recommend this product to anyone in a situation similar to mine who is in need of assistance.

it takes time to work
Sadly, it causes cramps and takes too long to work, the Smooth move tea works a bit faster and does not causes cramps
