Pieces Didn't Even Fit Together
I purchased two of these. I have a different brand installed on another bike of mine so I'm familiar with how these type of link works.Installation is SHOULD be easy as can be. There's not much you can mess up here. However, on the plate that goes under the clip (piece that looks kinda of like the number 8), the holes were not big enough for the pins to get through. This meant I was unable to secure the link with the provided clip, as the pins couldn't be pushed through enough to reveal the groove that the clip slides into. This meant the product was unusable.Based on all the positive reviews, I imagine I simply received two detective products, but it's frustrating that something as simple as drilling the correct size hole is what was wrong.
