This is a good product. I've been using it for years. It helps prevent my lung cancer (11 yrs ago) from returning, so very important to me!

I decided to try this supplement for immune support. To be honest, I'm not sure if it's doing anything or not. I was recently sick, before beginning taking this. I'm not sick at the moment.These don't have much taste. They aren't really big. Though, in general, I sometimes have trouble with gelatin or veggie type capsules getting stuck in my throat with just water. I typically swallow them with something besides water, to keep them from getting stuck. This issue is not only with this supplement. I did notice the dosage instructions, on the product box and bottle, are conflicting. The box suggests to take 3 capsules daily. The bottle suggests to take 1 capsule, twice daily. I'm going by the bottle, only because 3 capsules daily seems like a bit much. 😅As of now, I see no problem with taking them. I'll continue, unless I notice any issues.

I was excited to try turkey tail in a capsule, as I normally make my own tinctures which takes a couple months. These capsules contain turkey tail and a couple inert ingredients. I didn't experience any unpleasant aftertaste or side effects after taking these for a couple days.My issue with this product is the conflicting labels (see photos). Instructions on the box indicates a serving as 3 capsules, and recommended dose is 3 capsules daily. However, the Instructions on the bottle are different (suggested use: 1 capsule twice daily).While I don't believe there would be any harm in taking either dose, I'm reluctant to trust a supplement packaged/labeled inconsistently

I believe Immune system helped me combat any colds or problems physically affected me. It’s important that proper healthcare will make life a lot better.
