This is cardboard. It's a prop and does not fly or hover

It does not. It's just a piece of printed cardboard. If you want a foot strap, you'll need the official Mattel version which is about $250, if you can find one.

It's "life-size"! So it's 28 inches long and 8 inches wide. It is just a flat shiny plastic /cardboard replica so it is only about 3/8 inches thick. It is great as a decoration or photo prop but not made to stand on.
