been using this product for two years now. don't know how I ever used anything else!! its so easy and I only have to keep it on for 3 minutes. you do need to test it out before just like the instructions say.. you could get burned with it if not. but again, the instructions tell you how to test on your skin to avoid that. I use this for my mustache I guess you could say. I just have some black peach fuzz and waxing makes my makeup not stick to that area, making it obvious I waxed, which is not what I want. this doesn't do that, my makeup still sticks to that area. completely painless, quick, easy, I couldn't ask for a better product. definitely my holy grail product and don't know how I ever lived without it before. I have and will forever recommend this product to all my friends and family. if you don't have this yet, you NEED THIS!!!

It's not easy to use. It seems to damage my skin. It's useless after one use.

Love this product, used to purchase at Ulta, but no longer carries it. It definitely removed facial hair, but with very sensitive skin I am always looking for a product with minimal irritation. This is it. When my face starts to tingle, I remove the product as instructed, then place barrier relief by Dermologica or another mask by Origins or Peter Thomas Roth on the skin, to reduce the inflammation. No hideous smell.

So I love this product...the real product that is... I usually buy it from another seller in a store and this time I bought it from this seller on amazon and i am almost positive this is a fake/imitation of this product. The real product works wonderful for me, a little redness but nothing terrible that a night of sleep doesn't fix. When I used this tube my face broke out and I noticed it smelled really chemical (it doesn't normally). Maybe I got a bad batch? Just wanted to warn others. May want to buy it in store. I had missed my window to return it by the time I tried it.

I normally use Sally Hanson but decided to give this one a try. I will admit, it works FAST! I would not leave on longer than 2-3 mins or it will burn you! (I normally have to leave the SH one on for 12 mins for it to remove everything) It did not burn me but I will say my upper lip was tender and slightly irritated for a few hours after using it. The next day it was fine and wasn’t sore or irritated at all. Overall, I would recommend this product. Just make sure you read the instructions and follow them! The smell is not any stronger than the normal hair removals, if anything it is less. I like the applicator because you can smooth it out and place it exactly where you need to. **I have normal skin - some things irritate it, others don’t. I also have very dark brown hair that is stubborn when it comes to waxing and hair removal things. I did remove it after 2-3 mins and all the hair was removed other than one or two hairs that I plucked instead of reapplying the cream.

Product works fast and got rid of all the peach fuzz. I only left it on for 5 mintues, since I have sensitive skin. The peach fuzz on the side of my face is gone, and still gone after a few weeks. I did have a few red bumps on my upper lip, which I covered with concealer until they disappeared in a few days.

It didn't work for me :( It also left a rash, even though I did the 24 hour test.

Still left red blotchy marks on my face. Does do what it said it would. I had a hairless lip for a week, but at a small price. I do have sensitive skin though, I sort of expected a slight bit of irritation from this.
