nice generic set. feet are hard plastic though I swapped them out for tapered test tube stoppers

I don't think I have ever written a review until now. No big deal. I'm not much of a talker and most of the time you get what you pay for. This item was money well spent. I made a nice bowl as soon could use it,but... the 8 holes used to attach the 4pcs to the chuck were too small for the screws in my chuck. 2 holes in each pc I had to make bigger and then counter sink. 16 total drillings. I had the tools and know how and they were ready to use in about 20 minutes. I didn't mind, chuck jaws worked perfectly and in grateful for the good deal. Most things I buy on Amazon are good deals. Thank you.

Would have give it a five star only issue I had with it was the holes to mount on the chuck was to small drilled them out and worked ok on a harbor freight central machinery T34706 lathe

Good quality I have been using for 6 months doing segmented vessels with no problems and it does fit the chuck that Harbor Freight sells

The pins on the outside of the jaws are cylindrical and hard, so they don’t grip bowls well, or they cause defects. Some sort of hard rubber grip or profile would be more useful. Cheap price is nice. Bolts don’t fit the stock Wen chuck.

These jaws bolt up perfectly to the Harbor Freight Bauer chuck. The holes and the alignment groove are a perfect match. Not only that, the rubber pins use the same size hex key as the Bauer mounting screws, so you won’t need an extra tool laying nearby.The jaws are sturdy, nicely machined, and do open up to a full 8” between pins. This is a good buy for anyone looking to turn bowls or needing to grip anything else with a similar large shape.

It doesn’t fit on a wen chuck, the screw holes are too small.I find it ridiculous that two hand in hand products from the same company doesn’t fit
