I have a lot of stress due to grad school and when I stopped I noticed my upper back and neck was hurting a lot. I was also more moody. When I went back on my back pain stopped and I was calmer. These are the only vitamins that I will buy now. I don't get sick when I take them without food. That is a huge deal because you're not always ready to eat when you're taking your vitamin. Highly recommend!!

Best, natural alternative I have found after removing melatonin and Advil PM from my nighttime routine. I feel like it was more effective after about 2 weeks of nightly use. Helps keep you regular is a great bonus! No digestive problems or waking up foggy.

It works but it caused me digestive discomfort. I ended up in the bathroom every time so I had to stop taking them. It was probably the ashwa g which is a common side effect.
