Good indicator of potassium levels
This was recommended to me by a health care practitioner. Works really well in letting you know if your potassium levels are off by the lack of taste, type of taste (slight flavor or metallic).

EASY TO TAKE
Potassium can be tricky to take in a safe amount. This seems to work well when needed and is easier to absorb as it is sublingual (leave it under your tongue for 60 seconds then swallow)No strong taste either.
