I have been dealing with teeth sensitivity for over one year now. My dentist tells me this is because of teeth grinding, which is made much worse by my ADD medicine. I haven't been wearing my night guard as much as I should because it is difficult to fall asleep with a foreign object in my mouth. Recently the sensitivity has become serious, so I went to the dentist, who applied fluoride gel to my teeth and amazingly it worked like a charm for a week I had no sensitivity at all. Then it started to come back slowly, and I was looking where I might be able to purchase something similar myself, but it seems they reserve that product for dentists only (surprise). I recently started whitening my teeth using custom trays made at my dentist's office and Venus bleaching gel. This process has caused my teeth sensitivity to approach excruciating levels, even if I skip nights between wearing the trays with the bleach gel, so I had to find something. My dentist gave me something called Mi Paste, and while this product is probably good, it did not do much for immediately relieving sensitivity. After searching online I found that Colgate Gel Kam had excellent reviews for treating sensitivity so I ordered some with two day free Amazon Prime shipping. Thankfully I received it in one day. This stuff is amazing! I'm surprised that no other company seems to offer a similar product and that they do not sell this in stores (yes I know it can be special ordered, but the only reason I would by something at a store is so I don't have to wait for shipping). I'm also surprised my dentist didn't mention this product. I will probably be using this for the rest of my life, and that isn't a complaint because it's either that or deal with the awful sensitivity which I could feel just from breathing in through my mouth. If you have sensitive teeth, you should absolutely buy this product. I noticed results after just one use, but the results seem to be cumulative so twice a day is how I've been using it. I am currently still in the process of my nightly teeth bleaching too, and this works great to reduce sensitivity caused by bleaching gel too. Try it, you won't regret it!

Braces on -This is all 5 stars with me. Age 49. I used this several 3-5 times week 2 weeks before a cleaning after 2019 without seeing a dentist, I listerine rinse/gargle before brushing 2x a day and flossed at night after gold listerine and gargled before brushing That biofilm can be real(and I let my toothpaste (Arm & Hammer Toothpaste sit for a few ..morning/night) then I do Flouride treatment. Anyways dont Gargle with flouride anything. Night I waterpik, gargle rinse listerine gold,I proceed to ultra soft manual bursh with Arm& Hammer Peroxide/Baking Soda then The Listerine Flouride Rinse. No problemo. I wish I would have paid more attention to my teeth in my 20's and early 30's but I thought I was industructible. These flouride treatments a few times a week with a better plan to keep teeth healthy and strong is very important for your teeths health. It is always important to eat healthy foods to process any unneeded minerals and vitamins that your body may not be need at time of consumption. I let it sit for the directions time dont drink or anything for adleast 20 minutes afters. Im wearing braces and to prevent bone loss on teeth jaws. I have this added to my arsenal for added protection. Salads are not as fun and will be Juicing alot more to keep going on . Do you need flouride? Dont ever gargle it OK?

Have one tooth that is so so severely sensitive. This was recommended by my dentist. Have used it 2-3 times daily. It does NOT work immediately - have to apply for a week or so to feel a difference but after that the sensitivity is down 50% and getting better every day. What a relief. So give it time and you'll feel a major reduction in pain and sensitivity. Plan to keep using.
