These little gadgets you absolutely have to have seen to work find some days and off others if you experience this let it dry out for three or four days it may start working again I got to just in case one was reading off to important to chance I just wished these things glitch up sometimes so have a backup and let the original be cleaned and dried a couple of days it may start working again I tried to send one back but it started working again

I had no issues with this reader actually worked very well until it just died. Screen started acting weird then the power button gave out besides it dying it worked very well. Just wish it would have lasted longer.

Temporary solution to your questions

When I received this product I was surprised that they included a set of buffer powder packets. This is critical, because while I had not thought of the need to calibrate the meter, the manufacturer had, so I need not worry about the measurements. I also appreciate the case to keep the meter safe and clean, as I am not using it on a regular basis. I was even more impressed that the calibration showed the device to be extremely accurate.

Price point is good, but realistically it’s not accurate after a while even after calibration with the recommended temperature of the solution

We ha e two testers. They read the same. Would buy again. Shipped on time.

***Update: Seller sent me a new meter (third one) - next day delivery - without hesitation. This was well past the return window, and they still stood behind the product. The meter might be flaky - but the seller is not.This is my second meter. The first one died on me and the company sent me a replacement because it was still within the return window. Six months later, with very infrequent use, the second one is failing on me. Not made to last!
