Confusing
I could not find on the packets where measurements were in English measurements. Such as how much to use in a gallon of milk for making cheese. So I put the whole thing in and my cheese did not turn into curds.😥

Better measuring needed.
Should have better measurements on pkg. Was hard to use in recipe because of this.

Worst rennet I ever used
Tried 3 batches. Followed normal methods and I tried their instructions and the milk never kurded up. Waste of time.

Wonderful
UPDATE:I used this again with fresher milk, and it worked beautifully. The first disaster was ENTIRELY MY FAULT NOT THE PRODUCT. Making cheese is science and can be temperamental especially for new makers. This product is great. So I don't want to be unfair to the seller, so I don't know if the rennet was damaged because of my very hot climate, (hot usps truck all day) or if I didn't use enough (directions aren't clear, 1 packet for 100 liters of milk. I'm not making 100 liters, and I live in the US so I deal in quarts lol. I'm only making a gallon of milk.. so I used 1/4 tsp. But it was my first time making it this way, so I don't know if it was my failure but the curds shattered, and a lot of the curd mass was lost in the process. They did not all firm up. I did end up getting a pound and a half of cream cheese, so that wasn't too bad. It had to strain a while. Some did curd and some didn't. I will try again using the entire packet and see if it helps.
