TP-LINK Archer T5E AC1200 Wi-Fi Bluetooth 4.2 PCI Express Adapter with Two Antennas, PCIe Network Bluetooth 2-in-1 Interface Card for Desktop, Low-Profile Bracket Included

I have built two desktop computers in recent years. To equip my second most recent computer build with, "Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity," I purchased the, "TK Link Archer T5E," Wi-Fi Bluetooth PCie," adapter card. ( See my own seven included photo images ).The adapter card, along with, Bluetooth to internal USB 2.0 connection cable, twin antennas, optical disk for the Wi-Fi / Bluetooth Drivers, a leaflet with instructions and warranty leaflet, arrives in a cellophane, security wrapped manufacturer's box. The box looks aesthetically pleasing. Also included, is a, "Low profile bracket,"( For certain types of PC cases ).The card is easy to fit. It took me about twenty minutes to install my card. That included unscrewing and removing the rear blanking plate on my PC case, inserting the card into one of the, "PCIEX1_1," slots on my motherboard. Also connecting the, Bluetooth lead to the card and the other end connector to the USB 2.0 port on my motherboard and securing the card with the original blanking plate screw. After refitting my PC side panel and then reconnecting all the necessary cables at the rear of my computer, I started my PC.When the desktop appeared, I ran the optical disk and installed, ( One at a time ), the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Drivers. The Wi-Fi / Bluetooth drivers install very easily and quickly. Clicking on the Wi-Fi icon on the Taskbar, entering my security details in the connection box, my computer connected wirelessly to the net successfully. The Wi-Fi speeds for this card are very fast.The card works on the, "5 GHz and on the 2.4 GHz," bands. Bluetooth 4.2 transfer speeds are excellent.This is a fantastic internal Wi-Fi / Bluetooth card from,"TP- Link," a world wide brand and a trusted company manufacturing reliable products. Installation:I managed to install it all within 5 minutes as it was a simple process of pushing it into a slot on the motherboard, and the WiFi was working before I even downloaded the drivers. The drivers only took me another 2 minutes to complete.WiFi:I'm getting all the network speed I paid for, which is Virgin Media's 200 download and 20 upload package. Even my ping is great.Bluetooth:I connected AirPod's to test the Bluetooth and it was completely fine, there was no stuttering or any disconnections other than at the beginning of pairing it.Overall, it's a really good product.

I bought this to replace my wifi as I upgraded motherboard to one without inbuilt wifi. Its pretty good, I get the same speed however it seems a-bit weaker in terms of ping for games but still reliable. It does not seem to be affected by the heat from my graphics card.

TP-LINK Archer T5E AC1200 Wi-Fi Bluetooth 4.2 PCI Express Adapter with Two Antennas, PCIe Network Bluetooth 2-in-1 Interface Card for Desktop - ordered this. Plugged it in to my PC, switched it on, and the network card was seemingly recognised with absolutely no installation required. Speettest.net is showing full download/upload speeds for my internet connection (100Mbps). Highly recommend for ease of installation. Bluetooth worked fine with my bluetooth soundcore ear buds also. Some issue with connecting to my Bose QC 35 II headphones, but I think thats more likely an issue with the headphones than the card. Overall, a decent wifi card + worked as soon as it was plugged in to my Ubuntu machine.

Incredibly easy to install. I picked this version of network card because my PC doesn't have Bluetooth functionality built in and I wanted to be able to use headphones and controllers without cords. It works really well. Just plug it in and turn it on and you can instantly pair whatever you want with the Bluetooth and the Wi-Fi works exactly as advertised. Great little card, nice and easy.

I didn't realise however the Bluetooth needs an internal USB slot (F USB), just a quick note for anyone buying this (wifi is supported without tho)The wifi speed though is uncomparable, I am getting 56 download and 13 upload on my wifi. Absolutely worth a buy, its also very small so will fit in most cases

Probably my own fault for assuming their software suite would be available for download but although the drivers can be downloaded the program cannot. As this Is for my son new to computers I would have preffered to have been able to install the disc so he had a program to refer to for his bluetooth controller cinnection rather than have him navigate through windows to do so. That said windows 11 installed acceptable drivers and all is working well, cd/dvd drive ordered to install the darn software.

This item is worth every penny! I didn't have to install any drivers, which was surprising. I simply plugged into my computer and when I powered it on, it connected straight to my router. It seems the drivers may have already been preloaded on Windows 10 as it detected it without any issues and is present on Device Manager. Signal strength is excellent, as is the bluetooth connectivity.
