Toilet Seat with Chrome Hinges

Do you know people joke around about the toilet being the throne well this toilet seat actually feels like a throne lol. It doesn't move it doesn't slide and the lid closes so nice and softly. We got the black hinges and they look amazing. Super strong material and easy to install. My husband had it done in about five minutes.

This arrived yesterday along with the black matte handle and the under the seat bidet I purchased from Amazon. The seat is high quality wood and since my bathroom is black and white, the hardware in matte black really turns my toilet into a regal throne. My bathroom is tiny so the install was a little tricky because of the space I was working in to get the old seat off, the bidet on and then install this well-made wood seat. The slow close is a great feature and once this seat is on, IT IS ON. I couldn't be happier and as a 79 yo female, it was a easy DIY for me to attempt and complete! If you need a new seat, think about getting this one.

This has been one of the best toilet seats I’ve ever purchased, at a very attractive price point. I like the slow closure, the hardware is very durable, and after installing, I never have to tighten it again, which is such a pain. Nice job, guys.

Easy to install, looks really good and closes quietly. It gave a great appearance to my bathroom. The material is smooth and sturdy. Love it.

This is a nice seat. I don’t know if I have an oddball toilet or what, but every time I tighten the lid to the toilet one side (left) gets a gap in the hinge. The other side is fine. I only hand tighten the hardware so I know it’s not over done. I love the look of this seat, it’s just fits oddly on my toilet which is round. It seems sturdy, one of the hardware pieces came broken, but I made it work as is, I even removed these pieces to see if they were causing the hinge to stretch out. It was a good price and will be easy to clean.

This is a sturdy, beautiful toilet seat. It was easy to install and makes my toilet look brand new. I love it & wish I would have ordered a long time ago.

I'm way more excited than one should be about a toilet seat. This was the 3rd try (order) and i'm finally happy lol. i made the mistake of thinking a soft cushion seat was a good idea for a lasting seat. i didn't even get to find out about the lasting part cause immediately the order (round fit) was too small, then the 2nd (elongated) was too big, Nothing felt right and so i abandoned the cushion idea and just went with what i knew would be a standard fit on my bum. i'm a small person so not sure what was happening. this is such a nice seat and easy to clean and sparkles. and it has slow closing technology which is just too cool. beyond the fit and sleekness, the fastening is solid and immovable if tightened correctly. this product proves you can have a nice toilet seat for under 30 bucks, so happy. get it and think of me when you realize ur satisfied too.

Love the toilet seat itself. We will see if I should have paid more attention to the ‘peeling paint’ reviews with updates. (no men or boys in the house!) The first one, I thought, was just a defect. The left hinge separated a bit so you can see the clear/white plastic insert. Fast forward to just about standing on my head to remove the replacement for my last cheap one, forward to the replacement for the replacement and you guessed it. Now, it is separated on the right hinge. So if ‘uneven things’ annoy you, keep shopping. I gave up and will not take this off to find a replacement. I will call it a day and maybe hit it with a black Sharpie, so it’s not so obvious. Sad, it’s a good, sturdy seat so far, I'm just disappointed in the hinges. This could possibly be because this toilet is the original since I moved in; how long it was here before that, who knows? Maybe it's twenty years old, and maybe the main holes are just a hair wider than a newer toilet. (I live in a rental - you do the math!) Bonus: the replacement does not have a tiny imperfection on the lid. Yes we're back to that OCD thing again!
