Garden Silicone Thumb Knife, Finger Knife-Plants Picking Trim Tools(L)

The media could not be loaded.  My favorite yard and plant tool this season! I’ve always deadheaded my roses heavily but hate that when I use shears I am sometimes blindly snipping or sniping too low. This little thumb knife makes this chore effortless.I ordered the large size so I could wear it over my gloves and it’s perfect!I learned if I’m not wearing my gloves, I could use the second finger sock over my thumb and then the knife. It was the perfect snug fit!I haven’t tested to see just how thick it can cut but it does cut twig size branches and leaves pretty easily.Less fumbling with scissors means my hands can continue to work without putting down or picking up equipment. This little knife is just “there” and I can’t see not having it in my garden tote from now on 👏🏻👏🏻

I was always damaging my plants as I tried to deadhead by pulling the dead growth off or accidentally cutting too much if I used clippers. This little gadget works well, it’s on my fingers so I’m not constantly putting it down and losing it and it is very sharp. (Be careful when you are putting it on). The case helps it not get lost.

I use this tool to deadhead flowers and it works better than "pinching". Didn't need the knit finger cover because I can wear the cutter with my yard gloves. Surprised by the quality of the case, really nice and I can hook it on my yard tool bucket. Nice that they give you two.

I've gotten several of these both for myself and as gifts. They work great even with lots of deadheading to do. The only thing is, they sometimes miss the pieces that allow you to attach them to your bucket or whatever. Mine came with a little carabiner and a ring. Another set had neither. Another had the carabiner but no ring. It's that detail that took away their fifth star for me.

I'm an avid gardener and was eager to give these a try. The blade is nice and sharp but you have to hold your thumb at an unnatural angle in order to snip. I was able to harvest my herbs but it takes some concentration to use for more than half an hour or so.

These have been my favorite tool addition to my garden this year. I don't have to carry tools around when walking through and can easily cut and trim as I go. I was scared I would loose them, being so small, but the packaging makes it easy to keep all together and the Keychain loop makes it easy to hang in my greenhouse.

I had been wanting one of these for a long time and finally ordered. I ordered small and I think they sent me large. Not as sharp as you think and just not worth it, in my opinion.it was to late for me to send back.

Have used this in the house for prepping strawberries - works ok. I know that's not specially what it's for, but kinda worked. Can't wait to have a garden and use it there. It's winter right now, so it will be a while!
