I use the Elvie Stride with 24mm cups, and these 18mm inserts fit perfectly. They slide in easily and stay in place without moving.Since switching to these, pumping has become so much more comfortable — no more pain or irritation, and I even get more milk out. The material is soft but sturdy, and they’re easy to clean by hand.Definitely recommend for moms who need a smaller flange size!

These work great for the Zomee Fit wearable pumps! I was using 21mm for 5mo bc Zomee doesn’t make 19mm, glad I finally got these! 19 is what I used in the hospital, much better.

I’m in my 3rd baby and I’ve tried a bunch of breast pump inserts, but these are hands-down the most comfortable I’ve ever worn. The material is so soft and smooth — none of that annoying sticking or friction I get with plastic or other silicone type inserts. I use them with both my Willow and Elvie pumps — no friction, no irritation, just pure comfort. Highly recommend if you’re over wrestling with discomfort. They offer smaller sizing which is extremely helpful if you need those sizes. Total game-changer!

I have an Ameda Mya pump and from my beginning my flanges were too big. The pump only came with 24-mm flanges and at the start of breastfeeding this time (this is my second child, I had pumped for 14 months with my older daughter) I ordered the 21-mm flanges. Those worked for months of pumping 3-4 times a day, but when my daughter turned 9 months, I noticed my pumping output suddenly decreased to a point that I was not pumping the equivalent of what my daughter drinks at daycare in a day. I first thought that the valves needed to be replaced and that didn't help. Then I tried to boost my supply by eating oatmeal, but no such luck. After some research, I realized that my flanges were much too big. Unfortunately, Ameda does not make anything smaller than the 21-mm flanges. I found this insert on Amazon and decided to give it shot. Immediately my output improved. I am back to pumping enough (and then some). These inserts fit into the 24-mm flanges that came with the Ameda Mya pump. I have to really shove them in there and it's a tight squeeze, but they fit. My old con for this product (and reason for 4 stars) is the inserts are opaque and it is hard to see the alignment of the nipple within the flange. I kinda have to feel it out to make sure nothing is rubbing on the sides, because it is not easy to see. Otherwise, I am overjoyed that I found this product and I can keep up with pumping for the time being.

Saved my nipples these are so comfortable the most true to size inserts and they saved me from throwing away my momcozy m5 bc without these that pump would nearly remove any milk, they are a bit longer in the tunnel and if you have elastic nipples this is what you need.

Needed these to put inside my 24mm flanges and they fit like a glove, so easy to use. It closed the suction and was much more comfortable with my nipples. I used them inside both my momcozy pumps as well as my motif pump. The silicone is very high quality and easy to clean with a little soap and water. Best bang for your buck, highly recommend!

I had looked around for silicone flange inserts for pumping when baby 2 arrived this past summer; these did not disappoint!I didn’t have silicone flange inserts with our first and that really hindered my motivations for pumping because of how uncomfortable it was for me. I was determined this second time around to be successful pumping. These Maymom inserts made pumping comfortable for me! Easy to clean and soft silicone material. I did also use a pumping lubricant with these silicone flange inserts. Fit in both my portable pump flanges and my stationary pump flanges. Best piece of advice; make sure you measure your nipple size correctly! That along with these soft inserts can go a long way for a mama’s pumping journey.

I bought these to have an extra pair aside from my clear silicone ones, and while they are thick and seem durable, I found them to rub a lot on my nipples. I purchased my exact size and these seem to fit smaller for some reason. I used them so i can’t return them, but i honestly don’t really reach for them unless my other ones are dirty and haven’t been washed yet. I also feel like I can’t center my nipple because they aren’t see through.
