Seem very strong and and durable
I believe these gymnastic rings will last me a year at the least. Your hands may start to hurt if you use these a lot in a short period of time but I am sure that can be fixed with chalk. They are very strong and I would not be afraid to do any exercise on it. However I am only a beginner at calisthenics and I have had these for only a little over 2 days so I will plan to update in about 4-8 months from now and let you know of any changes. So far though I would definitely recommend.

Very easy to set up, good quality
Order arrived on time no problem. Straps are easy to set up and are very long which allows me to hang it from anywhere I want. The rings are good quality, no cutting edges from the plastic or anything. After using them for a few days I've already recommended them to a few friends.
