The Jewish Calendar 16-Month 2020-2021 Engagement Calendar: Jewish Year 5781 Review: 3rd year I've bought this! - Bought 1st one end of 2018(?) to keep track of Dr and chemo appts. I looked at Dozens, b4 choosing this. Sturdy spiral binding. Lays flat or 'folds' over. I love one wk per page. Lots of room to write. I sometimes use dates like a diary. Some pgs are allotted to pics of historical items, with small spot for description. (Very interesting.) More info on back pgs. Also left pg has 2 one inch sq months to ck Future dates. Very last pg has at-a-glance 12 months for current year, and the next. Love it!! Talked sister into buying one last yr for all her appts. Bought her one this yr, for her recent b'day. And one for myself. I will con't to buy these each yr, even if I ever get off chemo... (And you don't have to be Jewish to buy this. I'm not.) 10 thumbs up! Review: Nice sized, quality paper - This is a nice-sized calendar. On one side of the page is the month and day of the Julian calendar and on the other side is the month and day of the Jewish calendar. Also noted are the Holy Days for 2020-2021. There is room to write short notes on the days, yet the calendar is small enough to slip into your bag to take with you for appointments.

Useful calendar. Goes from September of the outgoing year through December of the upcoming year.
I like the collection of Judaica that is incuded in the calendar. I like the structure of spiritual practice daily and season to season. There is a way in which just using this calendar redirects my attention from the madness of the world to meditation without hiding myself from the world. Enough space to write notes.

Best engagement-size Jewish calendar
I've used this engagement calendar for many years, and found it replete with info useful to Jews and very nice to look at. I can't say it is better than others, because I have sought in vain for competing domestic Jewish engagement calendars. I might like something lighter, even if it comes at the expense of fewer illustrations (the heavy stock allows best reproductions of Jewish Museum treasures), maybe somewhat smaller, handbag-friendly, in dimensions - generally, just another choice. There are smaller, unlovely ones, but I desire a just right book. However, this only choice, cuts no corners, and I'd probably pick it in any case.

I buy this every year
I love this calendar! I am "old school" and still use a physical calendar -- yes, you need a pen, not a stylus! Enough room for writing in notes for each day, keeps track of Jewish holidays, and is 16 months. Great product

I love this calendar
Buy this every year. Even with my phone calendar indispensable, I love this calendar on my desk and with Jewish holidays fully noted.

No explanations of holy days
I wanted a Jewish calendar so I could follow the Hebrew Biblical holy days. They are listed in each day in Hebrew, but no explanations. Because I'm just learning the significance of the Biblical holy days and don't yet know the Hebrew names, I find it a bit confusing.

This is a really interesting article as it puts side by side the Gregorian & Hebrew calendar so one can have an idea of the "equivalent" regarding the seasons and celebrations and broaden one understanding. Also the illustrations are instructive.
