Love Beet Kvass in the morning.
I am a recent convert to Beet Kvass for its gut health properties. This product is exactly as you would expect a good flavoured and rich coloured fermented juice. It arrived on time and was well packed. Overall l was happy with the juice and purchased it a second time however it is a little expensive (possibly due to glass bottle and postage) so I am now making my own.

Very salty.
Very salty, more salt taste than anything else, quite unpleasant. Might suit some people, but personally I wouldn't order again.

Like drinking beetroot sea water
Unfortunately this was undrinkable. So so salty. All you can taste is salt and your insides shrivelling. I have had half a glass over 24 just give it a chance..but absolutely no way this is good for you. I ordered two bottles because I like traditional European kvass which has a nice taste and thought it may be slightly similar but just no no no. Item is not returnable with not option given to contact seller. So unfortunately I've wasted my money. I'm sure drinking salt water makes you go mad? I should've checked the ingredients before I brought it but that's all this is. Lots of salt, water, and a bit of beetroot.

Lovely flavour - I could drink this every day
I'm trying to include more fermented foods in my diet (good for the microbiome). This is such a pleasant flavour - rich, salty, savoury. I could happily drink this every day.

Disappointed
All previous kvass products I ever drunk had a natural fizziness- this was flat and incredibly salty. I know with kvass the fermentation happens with the salt, but this was over-powering and no other kvass I’ve had was even close to this level of saltiness. Didn’t like it one bit.
