Don't get it for the razor
Upon opening the poorly packaged box, the razor immediately snapped. The brush and stand however are functioning reasonably and my partner is happy with it so at least there's that.

Awesome shaving kit for my father!
My father has been begging me to get him a badger shaving brush for months. So I finally did and he was so excited when he saw this sitting on the table set up today! This kit is great. The brush is 100% pure badger which was a major factor when choosing what to get him (he had specifications...go figure!). It lathers amazingly! This is very well made and I can tell it will last him years to come. I love the holder so it can sit on the vanity area when not in use and be easily accessible when it is time for him shave. I definitely recommend this if you have a man in your life looking for a new shaving kit...he won't look back and will thank you!*I received this product discounted in exchange for my honest review. This set is awesome! The safety razor works great
This set is awesome! The safety razor works great! It is very durable and easy to use! The blades came sharp and it was very easy to assemble. The brush is very high quality. It is very easy to work up a lather with this brush and this set is great for anyone who is trying to move away from the money pit of using more modern razors with many blades. This razor works just as well and using a badger hair brush and shave soap is much less expensive and much more safe than using aerosol shaving cream. I love this set and highly recommend it!I received this product at little or no cost in exchange for my honest, unbiased review.
