Excellent for self monitoring PVCs and PACs
I does a great job as described. When you use the included two lead cable you get a very clear ECG. Leagues beyond what my Apple Watch can do but, of course, I'm using 2 leads on my chest and this is a single purpose device. I monitor for 5 minutes 3 times a day and it stores a good number of recordings so I can show my doctor. Some docs are offended with such devices and others appreciate that you are taking an interest in your health. Helps me know which cardiologists to fire. I wish it counted the number of PVCs for me. It counts all beats as a heartbeat. At the end of the recording (you set it for 30 seconds, 60 seconds or 5 minutes with the 2-lead cable only) it tells you your average heart rate and simply: Irregular heart beat in my case because I have more than x % of PVCs. It would be very cool if it counted the number of PVCs or provided a percentage so I wouldn't have to calculate it. It's not that hard but you have to watch the recording and count and then do the simple math. Notice that I still gave it 5 stars. It delivers what it claims to do. It's small, light, easy to use and accurate to the level a patient needs for a reasonable price. I bought it to count PVCs. It does.

Amazing Personal EKG at home!
My cardiologist and my electrocardiologist are spending their time telling me the Apple Watch is not good enough to provide any insights. They told me they need to see at least 2 leads from a medical device. My electro cardiologist recommended Kardia. Looking for it, I discovered this wellvue device, I liked the fact there are 2 leads and wires so I could plug them on my body before working or doing a webinar.I was trying to catch the “boom” happening in my chest since years but also the recent tachycardia events. We were not able to find any so far even with EKG. I started to put the pads and do some sessions 5 min for an entire hour to catch something during stressful days. It was really quick detect the “boom” and I was lucky also to catch a big tachycardia attack.Once you catch an event, you just need to activate Bluetooth to transfer to your phone. Each session of 5 min is around 10MB so it’s taking long to transfer. Once transferred, I was able to detect premature beat on my ECG. I clicked AI to analyze with artificial intelligence and the analyze shows Sinus PAC events and Sinus Tachycardia.I had a meeting with my electro cardiologist and she was amazed by the quality of the signal. She told me this device was amazing and the app too. She was able to detect the events and do the same analysis.I’m so grateful I took this device and my cardiologist too. They are now treating the condition with beta blockers.I have to say that in the past, they made me wear a holster monitor for one week, plugged into my chest and it didn’t capture the events, so I’m really grateful I took the decision to buy that one.The device is very small, well designed, the battery is very good and the cable robust. So far, amazing device. I can transfer the results in Bluetooth to my iPhone and then send via PDF to my email as needed. The plus is the AI analysis on the app, totally free, no subscription needed.

Accurate, long battery life, easy to use!
I have been looking at purchasing this for over a year now and finally decided to get it once I settled on the monitor I wanted from Wellue. I was pleasantly surprised when I could order it off Amazon as well! I have a rare chronic heart problem and got this to help monitor everyday especially when I’m playing in sports or at work. This monitor works very well and it’s extremely accurate. There are many ways to get an EKG reading, I think six ways. I have been using it since Tuesday March 8th and it is now Sunday March 13th. I haven’t had to charge it since taking it out of the package and there is still probably 85% battery left before I need to charge. Works with snap on EKG leads. The ones it comes with are only gel, but reusable so if you don’t plan to wear the leads all the time, then those would work well, but if you do I would recommend getting sticker EKG patches like 3M sells. Very simple to use and read. I have not tried the Bluetooth option yet, but plan to set it up! So far so good :) Definitely would recommend Wellue products.

Beats the competition
To start I bought the sonohealth ecg first. The reason I moved to this was the sonohealth lacked a lot of features and the app wasn’t reliable at all.Moving on.I will start with the cons first1. The lack of being able to connect to a Mac is hard to grasp in 2020. In order to do any software updates i would have to find a PC to use.2. I like that they provide a soft case to protect but a case that carried the charger too would be helpful. This might be a lot to ask but not having anything that uses that cable it’s a hassle to carry it around separate if you’re going on vacation etc.4. If they don’t provide a case with the capabilities above then at least offer one as a separate purchase like sonohealth does. Now the pros,1. The screen is amazing and the touch screen is super responsive.2. The ability to save the ecg’s right on the device Incase you aren’t able to send them to your phone right away is useful. I like this so I can immediately see it on playback.3. I also like that you can delete them from the unit itself without having to use the app.4. The size, it’s actually smaller then it looks in the pictures and it’s better proportion then the sonohealth.5. The 5min record is amazing and super beneficial, especially if I’m in afib/svt for a extended length of time.6. There are more but this gives you a general idea.
