Digital Postal Shipping Scale, Heavy Duty, 440 lb Capacity, 6 oz Readability, Hold & Tare Function, Stainless Steel Platform

We purchased this scale so we could weigh items we are packing in a trailer so that we balance the trailer correctly. So far it is doing amazing. I am putting faith in it that it is providing accurate measurements because I do not have the right equipment to try to calibrate it. I do wish the cord was a little longer from the scale itself to the display so that it would be easier to see when I have something on the scale. That said that could easily be corrected if I were to mount the display to the wall like I believe was intended. However, I have to use the scale in several different rooms so mounting to the wall is not really an option so for my set up, I just put the scale on the hard floor and then put the display as far away as the cord reaches without stretching out the coils. If it was mounted on a wall, you could stretch the coils, but since it’s not the coils do their job display back towards the scale, which sometimes makes it difficult to see if I’m weighing a large piece of furniture Speaking of furniture, I have weighed several different pieces of furniture on the scale and it seems to have done a good job with all of them. The items I have weighed include a whole chest, a toy box a desk, a bookshelf, and a disassemble bed where I weighed the individual pieces of it one at a time. Obviously, I would need a much larger scale, so I’ve had to get creative in weighing the furniture by putting large pieces of wood or other large flat items on it and zero it out before placing the large furniture on it. I wish I didn’t have to do that, but I understand that would require a much larger scale and I’m sure that wouldn’t be in the same price range. My final disappointment comes in the actual weight reading. Sometimes when I weigh a box or a piece of furniture or something else, it will lock in the weight and the weight will remain on the display after I remove the item other times it won’t lock in the weight even if I let it sit there for several minutes and the weight doesn’t change it all during that time. I’m not sure what the trick is to get it to lock the weight into display so I can remove the item from the scale and still go back and log the weight on my spreadsheet. It’s a minor inconvenience, but it’s not that big of a deal. Overall, I really like this scale and I’m glad I purchased it. It’s very portable easy to use and does the job I bought it for.

I absolutely love this product! It exceeded my expectations in every way. The quality is outstanding and it works exactly as described. I’ve been using it daily and haven’t had a single issue. Packaging was great and delivery was fast. Definitely worth the price — I would buy it again!

The perfect scale. You won't need another scale for if you're shipping stuff and it's super easy to use. It's compact and fits mostly any where. It's very convenient and stows away and ready to use on the next go! Highly recommend

Final Post... 5th scale came with usb cable, but doesn't work with batteries. I'm okay with this. all in all, this was a long journey. Amazon refunded for 1 scale. So I will be ordering my 5th today. update when it arrives. Second 2 scales - Well despite saying the same claims of 'item will come in original packaging and includes all accessories. Item has been tested and is in full working condition. Comes with a 30-day warranty' , these 2 scales did not come in any original packaging, and 1 scale is missing the usb cable.. I just need a USB cable , but amazon wants me to send it back and go through this whole ordeal yet again. This process is taking wayyyy too long.. and not to be mean, I should have kept the usb cable from the last DoA, so I'd have it for this working one. i would like to just order a cable, but nothing noted about polarity on the barrel .. so.. not sure. and these 2 scales use 3 AAA batteries, vs my first 2 that used 9 volts.. just FYI First 2 scales - Decided to go with this scale for a local food drive.. our first year we had an amazing dymo s-150, but someone dropped a soup can on the display and cracked the lcd... I went with this one from the seller because the 'item will come in original packaging and includes all accessories. Item has been tested and is in full working condition. Comes with a 30-day warranty.' it did come in the original packaging, which is important because there is a usb cable.. I feared ordering it and not getting the cable (hence the 'all the accessories'). The manual is mostly useless. I ordered 2, first was perfect (LCD is backlit).. second one is doa, which I didn't think would happen cause the item was tested. Tried a fresh 9 volt, tried the usb.. nothing.. I swapped usb cables and tried another battery, still nothing. so 50% so far. I hope this won't be a repeating cycle of returning, ordering.. repeat. Outside of this issue, the scale is awesome and accurate. it is nice to have a scale with a detached display.. and i'm still unsure on the whole backlight situation. Many photos and comments say there is no backlight, but the one working scale I have was indigo backlit. Curious to see how the other scales are once I get them.

Lavoro in un caseificio e spesso devo pesare pacchi, scatoloni molto pesanti o forme di parmigiano. Ho deciso di provare questa bilancia proprio per evitare grossi sforzi o fatiche nel muovere pesi consistenti. E' praticissima, comoda e maneggevole, posso spostarla dovunque ed è semplice anche la lettura del peso. Veramente attendibile e precisa. Posso dire sicuramente che è stato un acquisto più che ottimo e di grande aiuto. La consiglierei a chiunque .

Ich war lange Zeit auf der Suche nach einer Waage, mit er sich auch Größere Ding (sowohl von den Maßen, als auch vom Gewicht) problemlos wiegen lassen. Vielfach habe ich nur sehr hochwertige Artikel gefunden, die dann einen entsprechenden Preis hatte. Bei der suche nach einer preiswerten Alternative entschied mich vielfach aufgrund schlechter Verarbeitung und Funktionalität gegen ein Billigprodukt. Hier habe ich nun den aus meiner sich optimalen Kompromiss: moderater Preis bei trotzdem ordentlicher Qualität. Aufgrund der gebürsteten Oberfläche der Wiegeplattform sehr robust und gleichzeitig leicht zu reinigen.
