Well made and lots of fun!
I have a full sized pool table at home that we love to play when our family gets together. When we visited family members recently I had the idea to "bring the pool table to them". There are a lot of (expensive) choices out there for small-sized pool tables. This one caught my eye because of the low cost and great reviews. The table I received was in excellent shape, although I could see it could be easily damaged during shipping. The miniature sticks (well made!) were true and it came with its own chalk (and table brush!). The felt was fairly nice and the cushions even have a little spring to them. I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the balls which I feared would be cheap plastic. Instead, they are truly small standard-type pool balls that could take a good beating (falling on the floor, etc.). Yes, its a pain to get the balls out of the center collector (the corner pockets "drain" into the center side pocket"). You can make shots just like you would on a regular pool table. The side pockets are a little large, but given the size of the table overall, this was very useful! We had an amazing time with this little pool table. My father-in-law had the great idea of putting the table on a lazy susan so we just had to turn the entire table to take shots rather than walking around the table itself.

Really fun - very surprised at how good this little table is!
My daughter is into anything tiny and loves playing with dolls. I had to sand down the queues a tiny bit to smooth them out... but overall it is really fun and does not take up a lot of space. Teaching her angles and basic pool techniques. ** you may need a small sturdy table to put it on and you may have to level it with a rubber mat or something non slip so it does not slide around (wish it had a rubber bottom). We are playing 8 ball and 9 ball, really fun for our family. Totally worth the price and I might pay more even. Great little pool table.

Cool toy, not great for more advanced shot practice
Came with a broken cue... Will update once i get a replacement. It is a cute little set though. UPDATE: Got sent a new one with everything intact. I initially purchased this table to start to practice masse shots so that I would not ruin the felt of real tables if I messed up. This is a good little table for kids practicing basic shots. I found it very difficult to put any sort of right or left english. Backspin, forward spin , and bank shots are pretty difficult to do or practice reliably, but it is a fun little toy and otherwise does it's job.

Perfect countertop game for sports bar
Bought this for our Fan Cave basement sports bar. The bar was built in 1920, so this wood game fits the theme nicely. We drilled out the holes for the "home run", etc., because just having them as divots didn't allow the ball to ever score. Quick and easy modification. Antique look and is a fun way to pass some time.

Almost perfect toy for the price.
We recently watched a billiards tournament on TV and my 7 year old was fascinated by the game. He decided to buy this with his Christmas money. I’m impressed by the quality of this $20 toy. It is definitely a toy but is sturdy enough for the older kids and adults to have fun and practice with. My single gripe is the weight of the pool sticks. The kids haven’t been bothered by it, but it is annoying to me. I tried using a drum stick that is a bit smaller but has more weight to it (as seen in photo). The drum stick makes it work and feel so much more like pool. Increasing the weight of the pool sticks seems like it would be relatively easy and would make this a 6/5 product.

Not Great, Not Terrible
I purchased this at what I assume to be a closeout price, so my expectations were very low. However, the quality of the table is much higher than I expected. It's actually made from wood (fiberboard) instead of cheap plastic, so it's fairly sturdy, and the felt is actually pool table quality. The plastic ball return wells are screwed on securely, and the plastic corner plates are not loose. As far as I can tell, the unit was properly assembled. The billiard balls are satisfactory, and far better in quality than I expected. It should be noted, however, that the balls are not in to scale with the table, and it's next to impossible to achieve any sort of spin on them. The cue sticks are decent enough, but probably too large for the balls. Unlike many others, the triangle that came with my set was not broken, so no complaints there. The entire set stores easily under my bed, and it could easily sit on a table or desk when not in use. As far as gameplay, there is little to no rebound off the cushions, making bank shots nearly impossible. Even with high-velocity breaks, most of the balls remain at the head of the table, and it's not uncommon for most of the balls to gravitate to the head cushion. Similarly, the cue ball tends to always touch the cushions, making every shot a rail shot. The balls roll fine, and as best as I can tell the unit is level, but between the lack of room for the balls to move and the rigidity of the cushions, they just don't go very far. The table is lightweight, and is easily jarred during gameplay, which can cause balls to roll into pockets. This product is great for anyone cramped for space, but it's not for serious pool play. To be clear, you certainly CAN play pool on this table, but not at any degree of proficiency or finesse. You will need a larger table (or smaller billiard balls and smaller cue sticks) for that. That said, I'm having lots of fun with it, and it's a good deal for the current closeout price. Definitely not an unwise purchase.

Quality item.
Christmas gifts for sons and grandson as they are all pool sharks. Sturdy, great construction and a must for family play time when a full size pool table is not available. Of course, not as easy to traverse when you are use to a full size table, and that is the fun of this item.
