Exactly as advertised. It worked as I had hoped. When I first opened the package, I thought I had received a tool that was too small. Not so though.

Poor design, hard to use
I have tried to use this crank arm removal tool on two different bikes and both times I could not get it to perform. I swithched to my Park Tool crank arm removal tool and had no problem getting the crank arms off the crank spindles. The BikeHand tool is somewhat awkward to use with the attached wrench handle. The part that screws into the crank arm is too short to get a good bite on the internal threads of the crank arm. The attached wrench handle is also too short to get the leverage you need to successfully extract the crank arm from the tapered square spindle. I think if BikeHand were to correct these features of this tool it could be a more useful crank arm extractor.

what can go wrong
I was excited it showed up . grabed the tool and went outside to remove my cranks . well it stripped out my threads and couldnt even push off my cranks . 😩😩😩 not very happy
