I had a pair but one knocked out so I bought a new pair and they work better than my last pair

I bought these trying to save a little money from airpods (also I don't have an iphone). It was a big mistake. They constantly fall out because of their size. Even walking is too much movement. I have to keep putting them back in. The sound quality is good and the battery lasts a long time. If you need them for just sitting and listening then they'd be fine, but any sort of activity and they will fall out. I would have sent them back had I known. They were shipped quickly which was nice.

When I first got it the sound is good, but I can't get it to charge.

DOESN'T CHARGE AT ALLCHARGER BOX DEFECTED.

Bought these from the Luke AFB exchange. Out of the box they didn't work right. Contacted the company and they sent me a replacement. Here are the deets....Design: When you make a phone call one of the earbuds disconnects. Talked to the company and that is how they designed it. To only allow for one earbud to function as both speaker and microphone. This is a stupid design decision.Functionality: The devices will periodically go into a power on reset condition. I have timed this to be about every 40 seconds and it occurs for the first time anywhere between 2 to 5 minutes into operation. For example while playing music about 2 minutes into the song all of the sudden the audio goes away, my phone doesn't appear to be connected to them, then I hear their power on chirps until they sync. When they sync I hit the button on the earbud to start playing again. After this about every 40 seconds they reset. I have used a Google Pixel 2, Galaxy A10 and an IPAD Pro to test this and the result is always the same.POS....hit it with a hammer to prevent someone else from encountering such a poorly designed product.

These earbuds are terrible - they regularly, and seemingly for no reason at all, refuse to connect to each other. I have not figured out a way to fix this consistently, despite spending ages trying to.When the earbuds don't have music playing through them they make an awful high pitched buzzing noise, just loud enough to hear.Not only this, the charging case doesn't work very well, and my first pair broke randomly about 6 months after I received them.Don't buy these earbuds.

Given the age of these the sound quality is tolerable and bass-y, the battery life is about what one expects - ~3 hours-ish - and they stay in me ears fine.But they disconnect if the phone or laptop is more than 2-3 feet away - meaning in my pants pocket - and are slow to reconnect. For that, these get 0 stars and, despite buying them a few years ago, I've used them about three times and might try to sell them on eBay.For $10 more you can get something that's newer and might be better.
