I am now officially a repeat buyer of this Resveratrol. Over the past few years I have tried a few different products with Resveratrol starting with a much cheaper brand I used to find at WalMart. I am never one to re-buy unless I experience a result I can quantify. I am an amateur body builder and trainer who is very in tune with their body. I cycle through very specific food and supplement regiments to determine what if any changes yield positive results. As well I have a very sensitive stomach which requires that I add things to my diet in a very controlled manner to test for tolerance. As a matter of reference I do not drink or smoke or and eat a very clean, low sugar diet. Before starting Resveratrol I was already taking 5000IU of Vitamin D3. Everyone reacts differently, but for my needs this Resveratrol has proven very successful for me. For one, and quite surprisingly, taking this has diminished my cat allergy pretty significantly. I am allergic to cats but recently had to take in a friends 20lb Maine Coon that sheds everywhere. Before I started taking the Zhou Resveratrol I would get an allergy shot and take a daily non-drowsy allergy pill to provide some relief. Since taking in the cat the only change to my diet has been this Resveratrol and right now, writing this review, I have almost no allergy symptoms and have not needed a daily allergy pill. I have even foregone the allergy shot and still feel great. I have now decided to take in the cat permanently. I have also experienced a noticeable uptick in energy and even some minor strength gains. As an older male these are welcomed improvements. Even with my testosterone over 650 and my Vitamin D3 levels normal, my workouts began to suffer even with a pre-workout drink and increasing my caffeine intake which was ill advised. It took a few weeks of using this but eventually I absolutely noticed that my energy levels began to improve, not a total reset, but definitely a huge improvement that makes me more than happy. With the energy came a return to strength gains that I had missed. Sadly the supplement market has far too many fakes. Its often hard to know whats real and what works which is why I add and test only one supplement at a time so I can try and quantify any benefits. In my personal experience this product actually works and has provided me real benefits. Additionally I was NOT given this product for free or offered any incentive for my opinion.

I couldn't figure out why I had such unbelievable energy yesterday, like I had during my youth. Then I remembered i've been taking this stuff for 3 days straight. Guys, it's IMPORTANT to know that I didn't feel anything after the 1st day. It has to build up in your system, plus the studies have been done that this increases our natural hormone levels as well. Testosterone for men / Estrogen for Women. Look up the Gov studies if you don't believe me. maybe that's why there was a bad review or 2 here, because they only took it for a day or 2. My energy is crazy good now, testosterone levels must be increasing..I even switched down from 2 capsules a day to 1 capsule...because I had wayy too much energy yesterday. This is powerful, good stuff. I ordered regular resveratrol from amazon a year ago, and never felt a thing. So I kind of expected so see the same with Trans-Resveratrol... but I am way wrong. I am VERY glad of the energy benefits here, and they did a great job with this product. I didn't even expect the energy thing. Before posting this, I read several other reviews claiming the unexpected energy boost as well. This is an Awesome product guys for Energy !...i've tried hundreds over the years, with almost no benefit. But this one did it for me. I didn't even mention the other numerous benefits of this produict, guess because i'm so excited about it's energy boost. Please, if u have energy issues....give this a try, but give it ATLEAST 3 to 4 days to notice things. I'm very glad of this product. btw, i've ordered thousands of things from amazon over the years...and have only given a few reviews total. This one fully deserved it.

I have been taking this brand for years. I love it. It helps with my inflammation my skin, my hair, my cells. It is amazing.

I really like the blend of ingredients in this Resveratrol Green Tea 1200 MG blend. Other ingredients include Pomegranate, Quercetin, Grapeseed extract and Acidophilus, so there is a great blend of antioxidant and probiotic elements with a seemingly sizeable dose. My only issue is that while the ingredients are listed, with Resveratrol first and Green Tea third, there is no information on the exact amount of any of the substances in the blend.
