I've had Meniere's for years and years. The ringing is constant and something I've gotten used to living with as long as it stays at a low level. My ears are very much affected by weather pattern changes and allergies. During these times, the ringing becomes annoyingly loud. However, since taking this vitamin, I find it helps to control the noise level and makes it more tolerable. Outside of a miracle, my right ear is possibly too damaged to get rid of the ringing completely (according to my ear specialist), but these vitamins help to control how loud they become. I am happy with the result.

Doesn't help the tinnitus much, but is good as a multi vitamin
